If you just want to purchase a stock prebuilt home, they could possibly handle just that. But, if you need concrete work and other items done for completion of your potential home, sub contract to a true professional and let the actual contractors handle everything along with yourself as I would guess that you will get no qualified help from this company above and beyond what the home manufacturer offers.

This was the worst experience I've had with any type of contractor. Firtst he didn't stake our house corners, and the house got turned about 45 degrees from the view we wanted. We upgraded to 2 huge 8ft sliding glass doors for this view. The first thing he does, is throw his excavator under the bus. Then I requested the simpilist, cheapest fix, and that was nothing but a problem. Then our contract called for Double hung windows, and we discovered he installed single hung windows. Instead of just taking responsability, and seeking a solution, Steve proceeded to lie to us claiming that the windows are Double hung with a single operating sash. There is no such thing as this, and the stickers were labled single hung (we caught him that afternoon scraping the stickers off the windows). To this day Steve is claiming his lie. Lastly with the few examples of this builders character is this. He was not paying his sub contractors, and kept delaying the closing of this house until our bank discovered he was not paying his subs, and had to threaten him with contractors fraud. If it wasn't for our bank to have their ducks in a row, and getting involved we would probably still be screwing around with this closing. These are just a couple of the low lights of our experience with this company, the list could go on. Do not make the same mistake we did. Find a different builder. Steve at New Horizon/Wausau homes will Cheat you, scam you, and he will lie to you. Instead of being an exciting time for us, this was just a stress filled horrible experience. This company has no values.
