handyman service
 + -1 moreRon has been the association handyman for about 4 years. He is an excellent carpenter, plumber, electrician and is very good at diagnosing problems. The quality of his work is excellent and his rates are reasonable. Plus, he is very trustworthy and easy to work with.
Description of Work: Fence repair, deck repair, installation of new french door on fence to include latch & closing mechanism, sealed cracks on sidewalks, replaced photo cell on night lights for garages, cleaned fresh air intake for furnaces, sealed cracks and gaps for utility inlets, cleaned exhaust screens for dryers, repaired cracks in mortar on window wells, installed additional "chutes" to improve attic ventilation.
