I recieved a return phone call promptly scheduled a time and they came out and quickly did a fantastic job for a great price

We had a mini split air conditioner installed. All the work was done very well. Part of the contract was to connect the A/C to our off peak electric but it would take more time and they were missing a part. I said it was OK to connect to the regular electric panel but would call back if I still wanted it connected to the off peak panel. I called back about 2 months later and said I wanted the A/C connected to the off peak panel. He arranged for an electrician to come out and do the work. No charge to me.

I called around 8:00 am and they called me right back. They were late getting to my house but it was a snowy day and traffic was bad. He was there around 9:45 am. He was quick and efficient and charged a fair price. He explained everything that he was doing and gave some tips on how to extend the life of the heater. I was very pleased with the service I received and would call them again.

We made an appointment and he came out when they said they would come. The owner came out to make sure the job was going correctly. They charged the price they said they would. They also talked with my husband about some things that he could do on his own going forward.
