Had Nathan over today for an insect issue in my home and he was very friendly and respectful. Appointment was scheduled for 430 but he was running ahead of schedule and was here over an hour early. He answered all of my questions with patience and I felt a lot better when he left (mentally). I will be having them back in the fall for sure and continue a scheduled maintenance going forward. So far so good. I have not seen signs of the dirty nasty critters since the service was provided several months ago.

Very well- he offered to come back if needed, but the issue mostly resolved itself after he left, and then getting a cat definitely solved the problem. No signs of mice for >6 months

Very good company and people.
Talked to them on Monday, explained what I wanted done and after a couple of questions about the house, they were able to give me a range on the cost of the job.
The job was done three days latter.
They came to the house, more than thirty miles away.
They did a good job, very detailed. They sprayed every inch of the outside siding, the baseboards inside including the garage and the unfinished basement.
I am very happy with the job they done.
The cost of the job was within the range they quoted.
They asked to be called if we see any more ants.
I would use them again.

To be honest, my wife and mother were not impressed with their initial interaction with the Lawrence brothers. They said that they did not seem incredibly knowledgeable and were worried that they may not do a thorough job.
However, I was on sight for the actual treatment. They listened to my concerns and they did a very thorough job spraying everything. Their initial estimate did not include spraying the two bedrooms in the rental home. They were only going to spray our bed mattress, boxspring and headboard. I asked them to spray the baseboards, carpets and closets as well. They did so gladly and did not charge us more than the estimate.
In our purchased home they sprayed everything very thoroughly.
It has only been a week, but so far there has been no bedbug bights or signs. We'll truly know in the next month. The boxelders that were infesting the lower level of our house are completely gone.
Most importantly to me, they left with the assurance that they stand behind their work. If we have any more problems in the next few months we can call them back and they'll touch up for free. This is very important to me. I totally understand if pest control doesn't completely work the first time through - there are many variables that could affect how long the treatment lasts and how completely it kills the infestation. But if they are willing to give us peace of mind that the problem will go away or they'll come back and take care of it, they have my vote of confidence!

He returned my call quickly and came out the next day. He went around the outside of the house and garage to check for openings where mice could get in to plug. Then, he went into the attic to check for evidence of mice. He set bait bags in various places in the attic, basement, and a few glue boards as well as bait stations. He told me how the bait worked and placed items so that my dogs would not be able to get at them. I was very pleased with Eldon's prompt response to my call and his professionalism. The visit only took 1 hour and he will check with us again in 3 weeks to see if the mouse problem has been resolved. No complaints on his service from my end!

they were on time, tracked down the nests (in the far area of some trees, did the job in one day, plus a written guarantee of 1 year. I have had no problems since and would recommend this small company to anyone.
Thank you, Angie, I am now a fan and the finding of this company on your list with a good grade was an unusually excellent experience--especially in this kind of field wherein I have been, in the past, overcharged, plagued with late arrivals or no shows -- in general, overpriced and/or poor service.

They were prompt and on time. They were good. We haven't had any ants or other bugs so they accomplished their objectives. They came last year and again this year. We have been happy with them.

They are a pretty small shop. They do a really good job, and show up when they are suppose to. They are very detailed about what they've done, and they pretty much spray everything. We will continue to use them in the future.
