Description of Work
I had carpeting installed throughout two levels of my house. I shopped around and they had the best price for what I was looking for. They were fast and efficient, and responded well to an issue I had with the install.

After tenants left the home they were renting, all the carpet needed to be replaced. We were on a tight timeline, as the new tenants were scheduled to move in the following week. We originally scheduled with Home Depot, but the day of scheduled measuring and ordering, Home Depot cancelled, and said they couldn't be out until the following week! This left us in quite a bind. After calling several carpet stores, one referred us to Carpet Center. On the initial phone call I explained the situation; the response was most accommodating! I was told she would check first if the installer was available, and phone me right back - she did. She then scheduled someone to meet me at the home and take measurements, and place the order, based on samples the sales person brought with. We had narrowed the selection to an 'apartment grade' quality, as this was readily available and had no wait time. The salesman met me as scheduled, measured and the carpet was selected. The installer arrived on time the next day, and did a fine job of installing the carpet. I wasn't at the home at the time of the install, so I can't speak to the installer, other than the quality of the job he was hired to do, and he did a fine job! We, and the new tenants are very satisfied with the product and service provided by the Carpet Center. It is also noteworthy, that these folks were willing to travel from New Richmond, WI to Inver Grove Heights, MN - and there were no fees tacked on for the service. Very helpful, very accommodating!
