Beginning in 2017, Happy Home Contracting, LLC has been offering interior and exterior residential remodeling services to homeowners and real estate investors. We are fully insured, licensed dwelling contractor by the state of Wisconsin. We are investors and flippers ourselves, who specialize in buying broken houses and completing extensive remodels to create high end rentals. We offer remodeling services to homeowners looking to transform their home into a new vision. Between 2017 and 2022, we flipped 18 houses and completed dozens of remodeling projects for customers. After 2 years trying to find a contractor who knew how to fix my porch Craig came over and properly assessed the project, gave me a written quote, showed up when he said he was going to, finished before he promised and was under quoted price!!!!

I needed a full roof repair / replacement and noticed work performed in my neighborhood. Through verbal referral from previous satisfied customers whom also had roof replacements I was able contact Happy Home Remodeling, LLC. Craig was very fast to respond to my call and to set up a time to assess my roof, put together a quote and begin the project . The staff he contracted with were just as professional and hardest workers I have seen!!! Hired in spring they worked long hours to replace my large tri level home and garage roof in time for Mother Nature to change her forecasted sun to rain and snow. Lead Staff was courteous to be sure clean up occurred during the project so we could enter / leave my home and then again after completion (even in the rain) . Craig and his staff leader also verbally touched based several times in person to be sure the project work was up to my expectation. Very pleased overall and would recommend hiring !!!

Happy Homes Remodeling did an excellent job, remodeling my home. I had other companies come for estimates, but nothing compared. Happy Homes made the whole process easy. From the first time I met Craig, I knew his company was the one that was going to do the remodeling. He was super knowledgeable and was able to understand, exactly, my vision. He went over everything with and broke down what it was going to take to get everything done the way I wanted it. They started the project on January 3rd. I was there when the guys got there, so Craig could introduce me to the guys that were going to be doing the work. I have to say, the guys were a lot like Craig. Sean and Cole were also super knowledgeable and friendly. Because I had just bought the house, I didn’t live there during any of this project. I was, however, able to stop by, at any time, to see what was happening. They were always welcoming and willing to take the time to let me know what they were doing and what was coming up next. It was good to know that the people in my house were completely trustworthy and transparent. They remodeled the kitchen, which turned out exactly the way I pictured it. They removed a large wood burning stove from the living room, also removing the chimney and patching the roof afterward. They remodeled the bathroom, making it 4 feet wider than it was. They put in a big walk in shower and made the rest of the bathroom completely handicap accessible. (just in case…) They knocked out walls and put up new ones. Moved the laundry from the basement to upstairs, into a laundry room that was made from one of the old bedrooms. They made a bedroom bigger, and the laundry room smaller by moving the wall a couple of feet. They knocked down another wall and made extra space added on to the bedroom. They made the doorways bigger, to accommodate a walker or wheelchair. (Again, just in case…) Honestly, from the ceiling to the flooring, and everything in between, it turned out perfect! Craig and Sean were always keeping me updated. I would get phone calls from one or the other, at least, weekly. In many cases I heard from them more, just to keep me up to date with the progress and what would be happening next. This company was amazing to work with. I have already recommended them to 3 people. I will continue to recommend them because I truly believe they are the best people to do whatever job you may have. This was pretty stressful for me at first, but once they started the work and I talked to them more, my stress went away. Such a positive experience. I will be calling them again. I will be wanting a sliding door and a patio done next year! ?

Craig and his team were amazing! My house received hail damage in the summer of 2022 which broke the skylight into my bathroom. Craig met with my adjuster to review the damage and talked me through my insurance papers to explain how the repair would go. His team replaced my roof in one day! I did not want the old skylights so they close them off and installed new drywall in my bathroom ceilings. Craig replaced my bath fans in both bathrooms that no longer worked so now I have working fans. Then his team plastered the ceilings to hide where the drywall was patched, it looks better than new. Craig also changed out my rear screen door. He went above and beyond in so many ways. I’d highly recommend him.

I met Craig at my home to give me an estimate for interior walls in my garage and then added interior to stairwell to basement then added removing a window and plaster hole. Every time I added something I was greeted with “ok we can do that” and they did better than I had asked for. Very happy with all the work done.

Craig and his crew did a wonderful job installing a new ceramic tile backsplash in our kitchen. They arrived as scheduled both days and were very professional in their work. They got the work completed in the time estimated and made sure we were happy with the final product. The crew did their best to clean up after their work and took care working around our personal belongings.

Craig and his team did a great job installing our new bamboo floors on the entire main level of our home. The flooring was of 4 different color patters and needed to be installed randomly as possible. End result was awesome. We will definitely be using them again for a bathroom remodel and gym room addition.

Craig and his crew are great. I first came to know of Happy Home Contracting when my father was battling a terminal form of cancer. I saw Craig's truck down the road and I needed some help remodeling parts of my father's house that had been deeply abused by renters. Craig was reliable, charged a fair price, and does really quality work. He helped recreate a bathroom upstairs that really previously looked like it was from a slum house. The final result was something beautiful, modern, open, and full of light. He is easy to work with. He is someone that I trust deeply. Happy Homes team completed interior remodel of a 4 bed 1 bath newly purchased house for our rental company. They pulled building permits and completed inspections with the city. New plaster and paint throughout the whole house. New flooring throughout the whole house. Gutted the bathroom and rebuilt the bathroom from studs including new toilet, shower, and vanity. They installed new countertops in the kitchen, new appliances, new hardware on the cabinets, and a new kitchen sink. When they finished, the house was move-in ready for our new tenants.
