Smith II Marine LLC

The next day my husband picked up the boat motor  and when he got it home he noticed that the propeller was very badley scratched and one blade on it was bent and flattened. When he called the marina to talk about it they toldhim they didn't do the damage. My husband informed them that the motor was only a couple years old only used once and that we had photos of it beacause we were trying to sell it. The employee of the marina said we would have to talk to the owner and that he would have him call us. After 4 days of trying to get this man on the phone we finally managed to catch him at the shop, He was very nasty to my husband on the phone, but  we went down to the shop to try to get this resolved. When we got there the owner started swearing at us and telling us to get F___ed, called my husband some very foul names and told us that because we walked in the door angry about this he wasn't going to work with us or make it right.
I really think that this man should be put out of business, I was always told that you treat customers with respect and you derinatley don't ever use swear words when dealing with them. I think if anyone has this place do any work for them they will really end up regretting it.
