Failed to keep three appointments. Very poor people skills. Overpriced. Spent 40 minutes on job billed for 1 1/2 hours @$82.00 per hr.

When I arrived at the house, I switched on the breaker for the water pump and turned the faucets on and there was no water coming out. I called my husband and he walked me through everything he could think of to try and we decided we needed a plumber ASAP. He called A & M first thing Thursday morning and they were able to put me first on their schedule. They arrived at 9:00am and I explained everything we had tried and they went about their business trying to locate the problem. It took quite a while before they figured it out because it was hidden behind a wall. Once they found the problem, it was repaired in no time. They showed me what they did and explained everything to me, started everything up to make sure all the faucets and toilets worked properly, cleaned up and told me they would send the bill. They were here from 9:00am until about 12:45pm. There were two gentlemen, both extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.
