Working with Ken was very easy. Easy to get a hold of and very responsive. I gave him the go-ahead on a Monday and by Wednesday the drywall and plaster was delivered, by Thursday the drywall was up and by Friday the plastering was completed. The guys showed up on time, they cleaned up after themselves and kept me up to speed on where things stood. I'm far from an expert but the drywall and plaster looks great, no complaints.
