URICH LOCK 360º SECURITY

Very well. The service tech was on time and thh job done quickly. I had called at 10 AM and the tech was here at 1:00pm.

Very prompt and courteous service, Reasonable flat rate to change the cylinders on all six (6) locks. Has a complete locksmith shop in his large box van. Did all the work quickly, tested all keys & locks. VERY happy with the work. I highly recommend Dave for any lock smithing.

It only took him a few minutes and he did a great job. We don't have that problem of the key getting stuck. He also showed me how to remove the key if this would happen again.

Locksmith was on time and performed the work very efficiently.  He was very professional and ensured all the locks worked correctly before he left.

I called and requested a quote for the above services.  I requested the use of a specific deadbolt that had a good consumer report rating so I received a price 3 days later on a Friday because it is not the standard deadbolt they use.  I was happy with the price and I was then told would receive a call by Wednesday the following week. 
2 weeks later I called unhappy and talked to a different person who was unable to find the order so I told him to cancel it if they ever found it.  2 hours later I received a very apologetic call from the person I was previously working with and was told the lock just arrived and if I still wanted to go ahead with the install he would have a guy at my house whenever I wanted.  He claimed he wasn’t expecting the lock a week earlier when I was expecting a call.  I disagree but went ahead with the order anyways. 
The installer was very professional and took $35 off the estimate. I was frustrated with the time frame mix up but am overall happy with the end result.

Urich Lock 360 Security are easy to schedule with, they are on time, they know what they are doing, and they have all their equipment that is needed on their truck. They are quick and very professional.

I wish the price had been cheaper but I don't think they were taking advantage of me. They got back to me right away, went the extra mile and were flexible with me to make sure the job got done right.  I will use them again in the future.

He was prompt, and knew what he was doing.  One thing I have to say, if you have a dog,  put it in a crate, because he keeps the door open for quite a long time.  Our dog ran out of the house.  We were able to use the same keys, which was great.  Everyone I get from Angie's List is really nice.

Mr. Ken, from Urich Lock 360°, was polite and courteous.  He explained what he was doing and did it quickly and professionally.

This was the second time I've had Al from Urich Lock 360 Security help me with locks at my home.  He is prompt, friendly and efficient.  He put in extra effort to keep the vintage appearance of the locks as my home was built in 1930.  He asked several questions to make sure he was doing exactly what I wanted.

They were very prompt and did the work they said they would do.

They are efficient. I really love efficiency. It drives me crazy when contractors waste my time. I work and I work on the rentals on the side. Those are my days off and my time with the kids. The company is very efficient. They have a lot of good ideas for making my life easier with some of these locks, especially for the rentals. Their prices are reasonable. They use quality products. We have used them for many years and we always recommend them as locksmiths. We would use them again in the future.

When I first moved to Wisconsin (2 yrs) I had Ulrich Lock re-key the locks on my new house. All but 2 were done. The Ulrich person did not have the proper parts with him at that time. I finally got around to having them do the remaining 2 locks this week. The work was performed completely and efficiently at the estimated price. My only dissatisfaction is that my Angie's List coupon for the services and hardware was not accepted. I found the coupon after I had made the appointment and I did not call them to tell them I had it. The repairman came with the bill already made out without detail. He would not accept the coupon for $10 off the 1 hour of labor, 20% off hardware and $1.00 off per key. I could have had a discount for all 3 since all 3 were done. Since he did not provide the itemized details on the invoice he couldn't re-calculate. I was told I had to tell them I had the coupon when I called for service.

It took an entire day. There were some complications related to poor installation instructions that were supplied with the new locks, but that did not phase the installer. Steel plates were installed over the existing holes, and the new keyless deadbolts were installed. They had excellent workmanship, and the installer was knowledgeable, patient, and conscientious.

I called Urich after consulting Angie's List. The person who answered was polite, and asked several questions, wanting to save us a service call if possible. We scheduled a call for two days later, and the representative arrived on time. The work was completed in about one hour. We have had no further problems with any of the knobs/locks.
