We needed storage for our "stuff" while we were getting ready to sell and move. UNITS was so easy to work with. It was very professional, yet personal. I checked with several storage companies before choosing UNITS. I decided to go with UNITS because they offered the best price. Don't spend more money than you need to. UNITS is as good or better than the big name companies.

Excellent. They are professional, responsive, and on time. Pick ups and drop offs of the UNIT was a breeze. Also very flexible with changes which seem to happen with moves. The UNIT itself is also very sturdy. I did not worry about the weather damaging my belongings as the UNIT sat in my driveway for a month. Also, I did not worry about the transport as it looked much sturdier then some of the competitor's storage containers.

They were very polite, courteous and punctual. Not 1 item in the UNIT was damaged during the pick up, storage or drop off.
Would absolutely use them again (not that I EVER want to move again) but wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I needed a portable storage unit for the contents of our garage while it was being torn down and rebuilt. With short notice (because the garage builder gave us a 5 day notice of demo), Units was able to deliver a POD within a few days of me calling and were able to deliver on the time and date I needed. They were also very flexible in leaving the POD for a month while our garage was built.
They reminded me about the Village permit process and remembered to include the lighted barricades that are required. The driver was on-time, friendly and quick. When it came time to schedule the pickup, again it was within 2-3 days of my call and I didn't even need to be home.
The first time I needed a storage unit I called the POD brand and one other group for a quote. Getting some distant 800 operator was very disappointing and they had tons of hidden fees and surcharges. They also needed a 20-30 day window before they could book & deliver my POD. Janelle at Units is local and they are able to work with just about anyone's schedule.
I highly recommend them for anyone in the Milwaukee area who is in need of portable storage. Don't pay more for the big name brand, you'll regret paying more and waiting longer!

I was impressed with the professionalism in handling my initial inquiry for a quote; arranging a suitable delivery time and being spot on time. Same with takeaway; provided a variety of options and were on time. Both delivery and pickup drivers were efficient- less than half an hour- in a less than ideal location- off a city alley with not a whole lot of room. The unit itself was clean and given the rain we had this summer I can verify leakproof.

I used the UNITS container to store items to declutter our home while it was on the market. I found Janelle to be very friendly and extremely responsive. The UNIT was very functional and served it's purpose. Thank you.

From my very first conversation with Janelle, it was clear that they place an emphasis on providing very good customer service. She was not only helpful with advising me about the options and prices they offered but also was able to educate me on what I might need for the size of my house. (this was my first time using this type of service). As it turned out, I had just the right amount of room with the two containers I ordered.
The delivery time was exactly as I requested and the arrival was on time. The person that unloaded the containers was able to put them exactly where I wanted them. The pick-up of the containers was also hassle-free and on time. (we used the straps they provide which are specifically designed to work in their units - I highly recommend)
I also had to change the timing of things along the way and every time I reached out to Janelle, she could not have been more pleasant and helpful.
Bottom line - it's more costly than renting a truck and loading up your own storage unit (if you're not going directly to your new place) but I think you can't beat the convenience of loading and unloading on your schedule. I don't leave many reviews as I don't usually have time, but I had to make the time for this company. If you choose this company, you will be happy with the quality of the Unit and the outstanding service.

It went good. There were no hang-ups at all. Everything went as planned. When I priced them out there, they were the most affordable. I had a good impression with them. They were very friendly and helpful. The guy who came out and dropped the unit off was really nice. It was less expensive than the other places that I called. The billing was automatic to my credit card. There's no questions ever.

I am so lucky that we found UNITS! They are awesome! Best of all they are a LOCAL Business owned and operated locally.
I admit that I called PODS first because they are the most popular and have a lot of name/brand recognition. I assumed PODS was cheap and flexible. Nothing could be further from the truth. I called the PODS 800# and waited on hold for 5 minutes.
Then when I talked with someone, they couldn't deliver for a few weeks, they had limited availability and were pretty expensive to boot.
Frustrated with PODS, I found UNITS doing a Google Search and called to get some pricing. It was a local number and the woman coordinator answered immediately, never put me on hold and was super friendly. Not only were their rates cheaper, they were easier to understand. Best of all, they were super flexible and had immediate availability to deliver a storage unit. I booked the UNIT immediately and it was delivered on time and on schedule as promised. The driver was friendly and didn't do any hard-sell upgrades on-site. We had to buy one strap and one door lock, both were very cheap. The inside of the unit had a nice hardwood floor and the UNIT was sturdy. We packed it to the roof.
When it came time to pick the UNIT up, they came when promised and were in and out within minutes. Getting the UNIT back was also a snap. We actually had the UNIT delivered to a relative's house first, then picked up and then moved back to our house. It was a complicated process from a need standpoint, but UNITS came through without any hiccups. The UNIT was delivered and picked up on time each time we called for it. I called 4 days in advance and that was never a problem for the weekend delivery.
Lastly, our village has strict rules about where you can put a portable storage unit, we need lighted barricades, etc. UNITS was able to provide these additional items and understood the restrictions. They advised us about permits and placement.
Overall, a wonderful experience and I would recommend UNITS to anyone looking for portable storage. PODS who? Forget about the name-brand, they are way more expensive, less flexible, unfriendly on the phone and not accommodating at all. Shop local and get your next portable storage from UNITS. You will NOT be disappointed!

We rented a storage unit from them to store everything from our basement during a remodel. We only needed the storage unit to sit on our driveway (didn't need them to take the unit away with our belongings in it).
We called around and found that they were less expensive than other portable storage units.
They were very professional on the phone and drop-off/pickup of the unit went very smoothly. The delivery man made sure that the unit was stable on the driveway (had to use pieces of wood to level it off) and explained how the door operated on the unit. For pickup, we didn't need to be home.
They bill your credit card monthly as long as you have the unit, plus there is a charge for picking up the unit.
Something to keep in mind is that they will automatically charge every month, but do not pro-rate the amount, so try to plan on being done with the unit before the billing date comes up or you will end up paying for the whole month.

UNITS Mobile is an outstanding company that not only sticks to their word, but also adjusts based on your needs. Our experience involved a UNIT being delivered to our previous home, storing it for a week and then delivering it to our new home. I was able to receive a quote and reference that quote when reserving my UNIT. After reservation was made, our closing date changed and we had to adjust. I called up Janelle and she was more than happy to modify my existing reservation to meet my needs at no extra cost.
I received a call a couple days prior to the UNIT being delivered to confirm the location of my home as well as how I wanted the UNIT to sit (where on my property and which direction the door faced). Once we filled the UNIT, I called and scheduled a pick up to store within their facility. It really couldn't have been easier.
The day of closing, I received another call to confirm the drop off at my new location. They again confirmed the location of the UNIT on my property as well as the direction of the door. After our unloading process was complete, I again spoke with Janelle to schedule pick up of the empty UNIT. This phone call occurred on Saturday and by Monday morning at 7 am, the UNIT was gone.
