Everything went great. They contacted the luggage company which was Heys, to get the replacement wheel. It took awhile for it to arrive but I was called and given an update on the status. Once it was ready, I was called and I picked it up. The whole process was good

Found Traveling Bags by their outstanding reviews on Angie's List. Called to ask if they repaired leather coats. Said they did and asked some questions about the damage and said to bring it in. The side of this coat had gotten caught in the car seat belt and torn some of the leather away from the backing. Some of the leather was also missing. The repair patch was done very well and for a very reasonable amount of money. Others that I had called wanted twice what I paid. The coat was to take two weeks to get back. It took a couple of extra days to have it done, but was well worth it. This place is a fantastic resource for all things travel and luggage too. They have it ALL. While there we also purchased some RF (radio frequency) proof wallets and passport covers to keep private information from being scanned by identity thief criminals.

Found provider on Angie's list, needed a Liz Claiborne suitcase roller wheel replaced. Brought in piece of luggage, was given a quote with a date to pick up. Received a follow up phone call confirming repair price so I went ahead with repair and was able to pick up my luggage when promised! I have actually already suggested this company to many of my friends!

Before our trip I had visited Traveling Bags looking for a very small carry-on and found Peg, the owner, to be very helpful and informative. I was glad I had because my husband really likes this bag and when we saw the damage we thought we'd probably have to trash the suitcase! Then I remembered Peg and took the bag to her. Dropped it off on a Friday and it was ready the following Wednesday. The zipper works perfectly and there is no indication the bag had ever been damaged!

It was great. The people working in the store were nice and honest about the repair. (They couldn't promise that it would hold if done the way I requested). The work was done quickly; I left the bag with them, and it was finished in a week. And the repair was successful. Now I have my bag back!

They didn't have the exact replacement part so they spray-painted the leg. The price was very reasonable and I was able to take the suitcase on vacation without the suitcase falling over all the time.

They do a good job hand sewing the zippers back on. I have rarely had to pay since the work is usually covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
