The estimate process was delayed, but the owner called to reschedule. I was happy with the estimate and the owner's level of knowledge of the process.  Once the contract was signed I needed to contact the owner on three occasions to determine the start date for the project.  He came to my home on Monday evening(the project was to start Tuesday or Wednesday) to review the project and choose a color and stamp for the concrete.  While he was here he did not take notes which I feel led to differing expectations for the finished product.  The concrete was poured and I was instructed to not walk on it, when they returned the next day the owner obviously noticed flaws in the work because he asked if someone had been on the patio. He did not go into detail about the flaws that he saw, he was very busy dealing with a long personal phone call.  Upon inspecting the patio I noticed multiple tire tracks from a cart or some two wheeled device, when I called to speak with the owner he told me that there was nothing he could do about it.  He had noticed it previously, but was unable to remove the marks. They were to stain my existing stoop to match the patio, they chose a color that does not match the house or the patio.  I would not recommend this company.

We weren?t sure exactly what we wanted in terms of design and he really seemed to have confidence in the work he had done. We connected with him better than we did with another provider because of his enthusiasm and his knowledge. We asked him to look at what we wanted done and he wasn?t sure if that was a good idea because he had seen people who had done that in the past and who weren?t happy with it. He was really good at explaining how they were doing it and what they were accomplishing every time they came in. They did tear up our lawn with trucks that they had to bring in but they completely reseated everything. The only thing that we really had a conflict with was his artisans. Like most artisans, they seemed to have the vision but they didn?t always know how to explain it to you. It took us a little bit longer to understand what exactly he was doing but once we understood it, we wanted to have that done. The person that we set the contract with was on the job and would come on site everyday. He was constantly up-to-date with us. They worked out a payment program. The only thing he wouldn?t take was a credit card. We had to hire an electrician but all the PVC piping that they laid was up-to-par. The price was within our budget but I?m not sure how it would compare. It didn?t take them long - they finished the work within a week. The re-grading that they did works beautifully. I liked them and would strongly recommend them to people. I would use them in the future, if necessary.
