HORRIBLE! OUR CARPET WAS CLEANED IN JANUARY BUT I HAD TO CALL THE OWNER NUMEROUS TIMES TO ASK HIM WHEN HE WOULD RETURN TO INSTALL THE VENT, WHICH WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. HE WOULD SET A DATE, AND THEN NOT SHOW UP. IN MARCH HE FINALLY SHOWED UP TO INSTALL THE VENT AFTER MY HUSBAND CALLED HIM. BECAUSE IT TOOK SO LONG, HE RETURNED OUR MONEY FOR THIS INSTALLATION. FOR SOME REASON OR OTHER, HE ONLY 1/2 INSTALLED THE VENT AND ASSURED ME HE WOULD RETURN THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH THE JOB. AS YOU CAN PROBABLY GUESS, HE NEVER SHOWED UP. IT'S NOW APRIL AND I CALLED HIM A FEW WEEKS AGO TO ASK IF HE WOULD EVER FINISH THE JOB. I WAS TOLD HE WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE THAT SATURDAY TO COMPLETE IT, WHICH OF COURSE HE NEVER DID. NOW I HAVE A VENT FALLING OFF OF OUR HOUSE AND WILL HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT. I WOULD HAVE RATHER PAID SOMEONE TO INSTALL IT CORRECTLY, RATHER THAN HAVE HIM DO IT INCOMPLETELY FOR FREE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!
Description of Work: CLEAN WATER DAMAGE ON BASEMENT CARPETING AND INSTALL A VENT ON THE OUTSIDE OF OUR HOUSE TO PREVENT ANY FUTURE WATER DAMAGE.
