Ken responded very promptly when asked to come to the house and prepare an estimate. He suggested ways to complete the job that he felt would be the most cost effective. Soon after, I received a phone call with an estimate which was followed by a written estimate. The cost he quoted was actually lower than I thought it would be. What a nice surprise. Ken was very upfront about his work schedule and quite precise as to when he would be able to start and finish the work. When he did get started on the job, he was always prompt, made special efforts to protect rug and furnishings in the house and always cleaned up after himself. Because I work during the day, he always made sure to call during the evening to find out if I was happy with the work done. I was. I am. Ken clearly takes pride in doing his job well, and to the customer's satisfaction.
