They are a good group.  They are big enough and they are reliable.  They are very professional and they are definitely out to help the customers or the clients.  They do whatever they say in their communication.  So far my experience has been very good with them.

The initial talk we had with the realtor that we were dealing with was pretty good.  That went well and he was all right.  However, after that they were not very helpful.  We were presented with a list of something's that were going to be fixed in the house and that’s all.  There were few miscommunications with things that were put in the contract which I thought was my fault.  I assumed that certain things were going to be done when we bought the house however it was not.  The house wasn’t cleaned.  We had to get it cleaned; we had to get the carpets cleaned.  We pretty much paid the asking price on this house but I still had to spend a couple of extra thousand dollars for getting the house ready.  That was one thing and the other problem was the insurance.  The policy only covered certain appliances, there were three dishwashers in the house and none of them worked.  They didn’t pay me back anything which I thought was ridiculous.  They just kept telling me that’s how the policy worked.  I was not very thrilled with that.  I thought that the realtors would do something about this but they didn’t.  I would never use them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody either.
