After trying to sand and stain the floor ourselves. I called him he came out to my house just to tell me how far along I was and what kind of wood I was working with. Un-happy with my attempt, I called him back and had him do the job. I couldn't be any happier. It was just Mr.Ribish and his brother. They were both JUST GREAT!! He didn't even charge me for the first time he came out. TOP NOTCH
