Sunroom and Patio Service
Kyle's crew took approximately 1 month to finish the room. There were weeks where it was not being worked on. He was unable to get ahold of on the cell phone. The room began to leak water into it. The roofing was done poorly. they fixed it with caulking. But, it never solved the problem. We still have leaks in the room and are unable to get ahold of him. Kyle does not call us back to resolve the issue. the room was not tied appropriately into the home. Flashings and shingles are done incorrectly. When this is told to Kyle he claims it is normal to have water in the room at first and we are over-reacting.
