+ -1 moreHis lack of knowledge cost us a mortgage refinance and $495 out of pocket for an application that couldn't be executed. He is obviously not familiar with geo-thermal heating/cooling and new construction costs. If Gary is sent to your home...lock the door and insist on another company.
