Description of Work: "Needed large roofing repairs. Read up on ten companies and called some with questions. Asked for estimates from four. I felt Reimer's, although not the least expensive, was the best for me to work with. Knowledgeable, accurate, and patient with my questions. Crew was efficient and friendly. Good clean up. Although the other companies appeared fully qualified, I felt less comfortable with such things as contract content and interest in my project. One officer manager was less than friendly and she asked me if I was qualified to make a decision on roofing! How many people call roofers for fake estimates?! Not a good business decision.

 + -1 moreTHIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT SHOWED ME THAT THEY WERE LICENSED, BONDED AND INSURED. WE AGREED THAT THEY WOULD CLEAN UP DEBRIS EVERY DAY AT THE END OF THE DAY. THEY HAD SHINGLES, ETC LAYING ON THE GROUND, I DIDN'T APPRECIATE THAT AND HAD TO CALL THEM ON THAT. ONCE THE WORK WAS COMPLETE IT WAS GOOD. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

 + -1 moreKELLY CALLED ME THE VERY NEXT DAY AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT TO COME OVER TO MY HOUSE. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND WROTE A VERY DETAILED CONTRACT. HIS PRICE FOR ROOFING WAS COMPETITIVE, BUT FOR GUTTER REPLACEMENT WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN THE OTHER CONTRACTORS. I MENTIONED THAT TO HIM, BUT HE SAID THAT'S WHAT HE CHARGES FOR THE GUTTER WORK. I DECIDED TO USE SOMEONE ELSE AS I DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND EXTRA MONEY FOR DIMENSIONAL SHINGLES (HE PROVIDED ESTIMATE ONLY FOR DIMENSIONAL) SHINGLES. KELLY WAS ON TIME AND CALLED ME WITH A REFERENCE AS HE HAD PROMISED. OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH KELLY.

KELLY REIMER ASKED QUESTIONS ON MY SPECIFICATIONS, EDUCATED ME ON SOME OF THE OTHER POINTS IN QUESTION, AND EXCEEDED MY QUALITY STANDARDS ON WHAT I WANTED TO HAVE DONE. HE WAS EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. KELLY REIMER WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS. HE DID NOT SPEAK "DOWN" TO ME LIKE SOME CONTRACTORS DO. HE "SOLD ME" ON HIS INTEGRITY AND QUALITY OF WORK (BESIDES HIS PRICE). HE READ MY SPECIFICATIONS LIST, ASKED THE RIGHT QUESTIONS, AND FOLLOWED THE SPECS. (UNLIKE SOME OF THE OTHER BIDDERS). HIS CREW, LED BY HIS BROTHER SCOTT, DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB ON THEIR WORKMANSHIP AND QUALITY. THEY CLEANED UP THE YARD VERY WELL. I HAVE GOTTEN A NUMBER OF COMPLIMENTS ON THEIR WORK.
