Kelly was easy to schedule with and very responsive to phone calls and emails. He was friendly and helpful in discussing our options and his honest recommendations. Due to our aging home, there was a pipe that broke and fell into the attic. Kelly's team assessed to see if they could repair the issue themselves (unfortunately we needed a plumber for that!). Our roof was particularly crumbly and I was not happy with the extreme mess in the attic. Kelly sent a staff member to sweep and vacuum the attic for us. We are very happy with our new roof and downspouts. Reimer Roofing provided great customer service.

Very happy with the new roof. Everything went without a hitch. Good communication. Lead time was 2-3 weeks from contract signature to roof getting put on. Roof was done in one day with a guy coming next day to do cleanup and finalization. Gutters went up a couple days later. Gutter person was top notch.

Kelly, his crew, and brother Scott were all very professional. Communication with Kelly was awesome! They were in and out in one day, hauled all debris away and left a clean and undamaged yard. Even went an extra step to correct an issue that was not their responsibility, but to make sure that I was thorough pleased!! Very satisfied with the process and will recommend.

Remarkably well. Kelly Reimer is a pleasure to work with. No question or concern is dismissed. He addressed them as they came up in April 2014 when his company replaced our roof. I am writing this review now because 3 years have passed and my strong recommendation for Reimer Roofing has grown. One of our skylights, installed by someone else in 2001, began leaking this summer. When I called Kelly for his ideas, he sent his brother Scott out to survey the situation. Scott investigated the problem with thoroughness, reassured us, and took the time & effort to fully fix the problem without cost. I just recommended them to my neighbor and was compelled to write this review.

This is the 2nd time we have used Riemer's. The first time, my husband hired them for our home, then he suddenly passed away this spring and when I moved and needed a new roof, I called Riemer's because they had done such a good job and I knew I could trust them. They did not disappoint! They gave me options and explained everything so I could make an informed decision. They got the job done very quickly and cleaned everything up when they were done. The crew was personable and professional. I can't say enough good things about Riemer's - I doubt I will ever need another roof, but I would certainly recommend them to anyone else looking for top-notch roofers. They also were very accommodating to my electrician so that he could run electrical to the house while the roof was off. Great guys!

Everything went very well. Kelly Reimer came promptly to quote the complete roofing job. He is a good listener and patiently answered all my questions. He emailed the quote breaking out each aspect of the job separately. His roofing crew of about 10 workers completed the entire roof in one day. They were hard working and respectful. I was impressed how well they worked together. The gutter team came a week or so later and hung the gutters, attached the gutter guards and downspouts in just a few hours. The final step was putting in new well vented soffits and facia. Both of these teams knew their craft having years of experience. Extras: I signed on with Kelly in February when there it was too cold to get started. The roof was leaking into the living room ceiling. Scott, Kelly's brother, came and patched all the nail holes to stop the leaking until they got to the roof job. No extra charge. I chose the Owen Corning shingle system and chose the lifetime warranty option. In addition, Reimer stands behind their installation work with a lifetime warranty as well. The day after the roof was put on, Scott came by to drag a magnet around the house to make sure they didn't miss any nails. They were all good about cleaning up after themselves.

They're highly professional. We had damage, and they had to go in and replaced all the damaged wood and you know and keep the front porch from falling down why they did. It was a very expensive job, and it took more professionals to do it. I'm also considering on for a garage renovation right now. They're the real deal. They're not the cheapest in town, but you're paying for quality. Well, those contractors were very busy and very hard to get a hold of. They definitely show up when they say they will show up.

Fantastic! They quoted 2 days of work but finished in 1. They use their own workers (no temp contract workers) and everyone knew their job. Didn't notice anyone standing around with nothing to do. They went the extra step of covering windows with plywood and tarp and went around the house with a magnet to find stray nails. We really loved the"preparing for your roofing job" sheet they gave us. Most of the suggestions on it were things we never would have considered. It really made the process efficient and worry-free. We've bragged about them on Facebook and will happily refer them whenever possible. They will also be added to the list of Preferred Contractors for my Realtor boss.

The job went very quickly, they have their own trailer for the trash, so no dumpster in the driveway. Todd was great to work with and very helpful with the paperwork regarding our old roof. Scott did a great job with the crew and repointing the chimney. Because the job was in the spring, Scott kept us updated as to when it would be warm and dry enough to work with the mortar. They cleaned up completely and we're very happy with the job.

Everything went excellent. I contacted Kelly Reimer after the damage was done to my daycare. After the insurance company was done looking at the damage, Kelly came out to the property and looked at the damage. Within a few days, Mr. Reimer came back to me with a quote and a timeline for starting and completing the job. After looking at several estimates, I chose Mr. Reimer to do the job. His employee's where very professional and looked out for the safety of the children at the daycare. They completed the job on time. The job was excellent. I would also like to say because of the insurance company not giving us the correct amount of insurance money after we signed the contract with Mr. Reimer, he was kind enough to allow us to do a payment plan to finish paying off the amount for him doing the job.

Excellent. Kelly Reimer and company were prompt and professional. They delivered exactly what was discussed and contracted for and kept me informed at every step of the process. We did have one day delay to a rain storm, but Kelly, made sure that we knew the crew would be delayed a day. They cleaned up the property after completion. We are very pleased with the work and level of craftsmanship. I wold definitely use and recommend Reimer in the future.

The crew was excellent as well as the work. It would have taken only one day with the size of crew they sent but due to threatening weather they delayed and finished the second day. The work crew were extremely friendly and polite and they were all hard workers. It looks great today and has 50 year warranty.

This Spring we addressed our long overdue roofing/gutter project. We contacted several contractors and Reimer Roofing was by far the most prompt, professional and competitive bid that we received. Kelly patiently explained each step of the job and thoroughly walked us through the estimate. We were kept informed of the probably start date by Kelly personally. During the actual tear off and installation, our yard was kept neat and the work proceeded without drama. Reimer Roofing took as much care cleaning up as they did with the installation. I have mowed the lawn twice now and found nothing left behind. We're extremely satisfied with the quality and value of the work we received and would not hesitate to recommend Reimer Roofing to others.

Kelly Reimer was very straight-forward and honest about what we needed and the choices that we had. He did not use pressure or gimmicks like some other roofing companies. Kelly was willing to negotiate a better price when we coordinated with a neighbor to roof their house at the same time. Kelly kept us informed of the exact day that the work would start. The crew was very prompt and professional. They took the time to explain things that they were doing. The gutter team was exceptional. The crew did a good job of clean-up every day. There was one accident that badly damaged a patio screen door. The crew immediately took action to get the door repaired. Because the door was only one year old, and the repair was serviceable, but not what we needed, Reimer ordered a new screen door from the original manufacturer and installed it when it arrived. We were very happy with the entire experience.

From the quoting process through installation and post-installation walkthrough, Reimer was great to work with. A very professional and courteous team. They are my first call for future projects. Highly recommended!

Since the project was a little out of the ordinary Todd visited a couple of times to meet with us as part of the estimation process and preconstruction phase of the project to make sure the details were covered. His attention to the details within his quotation which included best practice roofing methods along with a fair price won the bid against three other competitors. On the first day of construction, we started the project with Todd through a project meeting with the workers. I was introduced to the job foreman and the other workers and went through the overall sequence of construction events that would be taking place over the next 2 days. I was impressed with the number of workers on the site. At any one time we had 8 workers on the roof all coordinated and knowing what to do. No one was ever standing around. Every worker I spoke with was very courteous, held a polite conversation about any question and took the time to engage. All nice guys and knowledgeable. This crew knows each other and works very well together which is very important because they make sure their high standards are consistent. Our roof again with a 45 degree angle pitch, a complete tear off, a solar system, new sky lights and eave extensions that they painted, took 2 days. That’s impressive. The cleanup process was continuous throughout the construction process. The crew never let excessive amounts of old roofing material accumulate. We did not have any plant or shrub damage and they regularly swept with a roller magnet to catch any loose nails on the sidewalk and driveway. They worked from 7 in the morning to about 8 each evening to make sure the roof was complete and never left open to the environment at any time. The project went very well with no issues. The best attributes about the team was their professionalism, workmanship and friendly attitude. Their use of high quality construction materials, best practice construction methods like rubberized water shield across all gutters and roof valleys will ensure the protection and endurance of the roof that I would expect. Great job. I highly recommend this team for any residential roofing project. They not only produced a good construction outcome but minimized my risk of any roof issues for many many years.

We were very pleased with Reimer's roofing. They did an excellent job and did not accept our check until the work was completed and we were completely happy with everything. They provided excellent service and were very easy to work with and professional. I would highly recommend them! I also had a previously punctured siding panel from some storm damage a few months ago. Scott Reimer replaced that for me for a very minimal fee. These guys are very reputable and knowledgeable. We had Reimer tear off and replace the roof on both our house and garage. We were very satisfied from start to finish. Kelly provided a detailed, professional proposal and explained the work and options in an easy-to-understand way. We found the price to be slightly higher than the other three estimates we received, but it was worth it. The scheduling was easy and the large crew got the entire house and garage done (including tear off of three layers of shingles) in one day. We had one issue: they had to remove and reattach our DirecTV satellite dish and it didn't work after they reattached (seems pretty common). But after DirecTV came out and removed and reattached the dish (for $50), Reimer came out promptly and repaired where the dish had been removed.
