I have a significantly older home with some things having been updated while others are almost as old as the house. Nick was very knowledgeable about the various ages of our appliances and framework of our water, gas, and electric. He was more than capable in explaining what should be replaced and why, and pointing out where it would save both money and inconvenience in the long run.
