Description of Work: I tried e-mailing the company to get their rates, but got no response. However, I think this was just a fluke, since I got a prompt and helpful answer as soon as I called. Their rates are reasonable, and for smaller loads you can drive right up without an appointment and drop off your paper records for secure shredding (they also will come out to your house, for larger jobs). I took a small load to their facility and found their service quick and easy.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for on site shredding services. The gentleman (I believe his name was Gary) I spoke with was very nice and gave me an estimated quote for the service. What I didn't like is the way he bashed his competition saying that I wouldn't get the same type/quality of service from them. If you have to attack your competition then you must be worried that they can provide better service and/or pricing, which in this case was true. Proshred offered the exact same service at a lower cost than Pirahna.

+ -1 moreI called to schedule paper shredding of approximately 30 boxes at our home. After speaking to someone on the phone and giving, and verifying, all the pertinent information, I was told someone else was going to call me back with an estimate, which never happened. It's just not that hard people; I tell you where, when and how much I need to shred, and you tell me how much it's going to cost and we agree on a day. Since they were not interested in receiving a couple of hundred dollars to shred pieces of paper, we went elsewhere.
Description of Work: No service was performed because I was never provided with the requested esitmate or contacted to schedule service.
