Rick was great!! He called to confirm the timeframe first thing in the morning and showed up at my house within that window. Replacing my entire windshield took less than 20 minutes and they were on their way! Fast, professional, easy to work with, great customer service - highly recommend!!

Everything was handled so well with the first 2 windshields that it was an easy decision when we unfortunately had to replace the windshield on our sons car. Getting a quote was easy, the installers were very professional and on time. We ran one of the replacements through insurance and they handled that for us as well.

Great overall. The tech showed up right on time and had the job done very quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and explained everything clearly. He was even able to get some interior trim wiggled back into position while the windshield was out. My only concern is for the ergonomics of this job and the impact on workers' health. The tech had to lift and position the new windshield perfectly without any lifting tools or supports. I was a bit surprised that he was able to do it so well. When I asked about the difficulty, he said that he gets backaches frequently from this work, and that other companies he's worked for have some special equipment to hold the glass over the opening and gently drop it into position. Personally, I think this is risky for the employees, and had I known that this is their company's practice, I might have hired someone else who is willing to invest in equipment to help the employees avoid injury on the job.

Everything about this went smoothly and the featured deal saved me some money. The person I talked to in scheduling the appointment was polite and gave me information about the process this would follow. The gentlemen that showed up to actually do the repair were professional, made sure I understood how to treat the repair afterwards and did everything they said they were going to. It was an excellent experience....(independent of needing to replace the glass in the first place)

Crack repaired but small blemish left. No further spreading of crack.

I had the job quoted by a national auto glass repair chain whise price was almost twice Paustians. I had only used the national chain before and Paustian exceeded expectations. The work was efficient and very clean.

What excellent service! They came to my place of employment and took care of everything, including the bill before they got started so I could go back to work. It only took 5 minutes of my time to meet them at the car. Rick made sure that the work was done with plenty of time to let the adhesive cure before I had to leave for the day. They even left a bottle of windshield cleaner. All of this and they had the lowest quote I could find.

Fast service. They were very professional. They came to me and all I had to do was come out to unlock my car and to pay at the end. So easy.

I emailed to get a quote and schedule the appointment and they were very responsive and helpful. Better service and price than the competition. When they showed up to replace the windshield they called me and were very friendly and explained the process and how long it would take. I couldn't be more satisfied in their professionalism and quality of work. The windshield is brand new and while I hope I don't have to call them again soon, if I ever need it they will definitely be my first choice.

The installation went very well. They arrived right on the scheduled time with the proper windshield and were done in less than an hour. They were also much cheaper than the next cheapest option (especially with the angie's list coupon).

Replacement was fast and efficient. Coordinator in the office was quick to respond, and worked with me to find the best time (rescheduled due to child illness) and location (due to bitter cold) to replace my windshield. On the install date, I didn't get a call from their tech with an ETA, but when I emailed the company, they responded right away with the ETA, and the tech arrived exactly on time. The morning after the replacement, I noticed that my wipers weren't working right, and the windshield washers weren't working, so I emailed the office. The next business day, they had a tech back out to immediately fix everything. While the minor error was a bit of a hassle, I would still hire them again. Very friendly, very good communication, and they back up their work. Special shout out to Shirley, who helped me work out potential rescheduling when my daughter became sick, and was caring enough to ask about her afterward. :) I purchased an Angie's List deal for $75 toward windshield replacement for this work.

I called them because of the great reviews on Angie's List. I purchased the coupon on Angie's list to apply toward the repair.They were able to schedule the repair at my home the next day. They were prompt and professional, and did a perfect job.The whole experience was great. I woud highly recommend them!

Technician arrived on time as promised. We were getting two vehicles repaired, the technician worked with us to not disrupt the school drop-off schedule for our kids. He worked efficiently and completed the job on schedule. No issues with the quality of work on the cars.
