Interior Painting, Exterior Painting + 1 more
I was relatively satisfied with most of his (Brian's) work initially, however, there is some touch up needed on the exterior painting job. Brian agreed to come back and do that, however, despite repeated calls / voice mails, he has not returned my calls for several weeks. He had provided me with a 4 year warranty on the work (initial work was done less than one month ago - in Dec. 2005), and I am now concerned that I would be unable to reach him if I had problems with the work later on and needed him to come back for repairs covered under warranty. I am now left with an unfinished product and empty promises / unreturned phone calls. I need some assistance, and wish to take further action against he and his firm, if he is unwilling to return and finish his work as promised.
