Front brakes were grinding every time I was applying my foot on the break. Took my card first thing in the morning. The man politely said that he would call me with an estimate. He did call and gave me a reasonable estimate. My car was ready at the end of the day. I was very happy with my experience

In February 2012 I had my rear brakes replaced here as they were grinding. Not only was I able to get an appointment the same week I called, a free loaner car was available for me to use for the day. When I arrived, the loaner was turned on so that it was warm when I got in the car.
My breaks were inspected and then they called me before performing any service in order to get my approval on the work performed. They offered me option on what I needed done and told me to hold off on other services I thought I would need at that time.
I was extremely impressed with their work and professionalism that in May 2012 I returned for work on my front breaks. They inspected just as before, but in this case told me I was completely fine and safe with the breaks I had and I did not need any service performed. I was shocked that an auto repair shop would tell me I didn’t need work done. Also, when I picked up my car Bob offered me a contact for an auto detail as I expressed an interest in getting this done before I sell my car. He also offered to find someone to purchase my car if I didn’t want to do the trade-in route.
I was super impressed with this shop! I would highly recommend them and will sure be using them in the future!

He does good work, he does what he says he is going to do, and his prices aren’t outrageous. He is very professional.

I liked the prices and they were very knowledgeable and courteous. They seem to be a reputable auto shop.

They changed the oil, performed the manufacturer's required checks, topped of the fluids and checked tire pressure. Whenever I have gone in for service, they always do far more than I have expected. They have told me when there is an important problem that needs immediate attention and then suggest the most economically appropriate solution. I have not felt pressured or scared into making "preventative" repairs because there may be a problem in the future. More often than an actual repair, they will warn and educate me on how to monitor a potential problem that may develop into something more serious. As a female, and in these tough economic times, I am very appreciative of their professional guidance in keeping my family's cars in good repair and charging fair prices when work is truly necessary.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The customer service was wonderful. Everything was explained to me before the work began and I was called if there was anything that was needed extra before they did the work.
