Although he wasn't the lowest estimated price, his price was around what most of the other prices were (I also had one riduculously high, and one riduculously low). He was very nice and professional, and very quick about getting back to me with a price and scheduling. He showed up within 20 minutes of the time he thought he would arrive, and was very quick about completing the work. I haven't had an inspection yet, but everything works!
