It was a terrible experience. I would strongly discourage anyone from using the Roth Team of Shorewest. He was pushy, and he did nothing to market our house. We called several times to express concerns about lack of activity on the home as well as lack of marketing on his behalf. This home was over $600k, so we expected high levels of customer service. He didn't return phone calls, and we had to get a lawyer involved to break the contract. He is arrogant and only concerned about what he makes in commissions. I would never ever use him again. Interestingly enough, I've run into numerous people that have had the same experience with him (even his fellow real estate agents from the same company know of his reputation!) He's a great salesman, but watch out because he stinks as soon as you've signed the contract.
