I would not recommend this company. He took the money; he did not do anything, and he even broke his contract. He said that he would get a permit, but after a month, he still did not get any permits.

"I do sincerely apologize this project did not progress as quickly as you had hoped. However, the contract was never broken by our company. Our agreed upon and signed contract stated the project would be completed by the end of June, and you requested I know longer complete the project in the beginning of June. Unfortunately design and planning with the City took longer than anticipated due to multiple design changes, however, I DID pull and pay for permits and begin the initial work on the deck. Again, I do sincerely apologize this was not progressing as fast as you had hoped."
