Lueann was a very thorough professional who offered many suggestions and ideas to our vacation needs. Her expertise and knowledge of the destination we selected helped us feel confident and took the pressure off us for all of our planning needs. She arranged every detail, walked us through specifics and helped us when the airline made changes. We would recommend Lueann again - highly professional, great in her follow up and felt we were in great hands! Highly recommend.

Our family vacation involved our grown children spread all over the world and included complicated travel, cruise, resort stay, and changing dates for one of our family members. This must have been a nightmare of complications. Lue Ann was patient and good-spirited to all our our families. We did have a few hiccups, which were corrected. She got us safely to our ferry on a late-night arrival in Playa de Carmen, and we really appreciated the personal service in what might have been an uneasy experience. This was a memorable trip for all, and we thank Lue Anne.

Lack of communication and could improve in the area of speaking to people. I contacted her back after the cruise for my credit because I was the coordinator and she had to reach out to someone and said they had sent her the check in one lump sum and she had to contact someone else to get the money to me. Originally she said I would have the money in a week from returning from the cruise but this was like a month after we returned. It did not seem very organized and professional this time around.

"Working with all types of people can be different for even the most experienced agent. I have worked in this business for more then 7 years and have never had such a interesting group leader. We can only provide services that are allowed and earned , we can only give credit to those who have earned them. We have standards we must abide by and our vendors have professional expectations of us as well. I always work to satisfy my guests but sometimes guests will not be satisfied no matter what, this was one of my most challenging group leaders, her guests were delightful and nice to work with and i would love to work with them again. There was at no time any non professional behavior and i am insulted that this person tried to indicate there may have been some sort of concern her rebate check was delayed, not by me, but by the cruise line. I want to thank her for bringing the group."

We insisted on staying at the Ritz Carlton...and the hotel was not as great as we thought it would be. However, this had nothing to do with LueAnn. My family have always prefers the Ritz or Four Seasons . Lueann found us great rooms at the last minute...in addition to suggesting Aruba would be a good fit ..we had our 18 and 23 year old sons along. We were looking for a place were everyone could have a great time..snorkeling...golf...many water activities...horseback riding...ATV...interesting island tours. Luanne was very professional and went to work immediately. By the end of two days she had everything arranged. On the day before travelling she reminded me she called to say she had called airline and confirmed our flight. I forgot to mention that from the moment I called her in a state of panic...she was on the job. Her website is great for planning cruises...so easy to navigate, even though we ended up going to an island not doing a cruise. I looooved working with her. I found her to be extremely professional, so likable and relatable, and very knowledgeable. You can see from her reviews that she is definitely 1st Class. Thank you so much LueAnn.

Lueann responded within 24 hours of the inquiry through Angies list. She was incredibly thorough and explained everything clearly. She gave several options in different price ranges so we could pick the best one suited for us. She communicated via phone/email/text as needed and had the entire tripped planned in a few days. She followed with us after the planning was finished and described in detail how everything was going to work and what we should expect. It was an absolute joy working with Lueann.

The trip - the cruise, the flights - were set up and worked exactly as planned. We got a nice package from the cruise line and Lue Ann explained everything. She gave us a lot of background information about what the trip would be like and some sense of how the various cruise lines compared. If you are traveling with an older parent, ask the travel agent to help with arrangements for aid in the airports, they can do that. You may pay a little more with a travel agent than if you try to cobble the trip together yourself. It is well worth it to have someone who knows about the cruises to help you setup the cruise, the transportation, and other aspects of the trip. We had a great time and it was very relaxing.

Picture a family of eight people ranging in age from 23 to 87 needing to travel internationally. I was chosen to organize this adventure and I don't even like to travel. To keep from having a nervous breakdown I pulled up Angies list and found the perfect answer to all my concerns. Lueann quickly put me at ease and worked closely with me to solve multiple issues such as the best flights and hotels for our particular needs. You can imagine trying to find the right balance for eight people some of whom are very active and some who would need wheelchair assistance with the airlines and airports. Lueann listened carefully to all of our needs and arranged all of the details. She answered emails and phone calls quickly and walked me through every step with patience and a delightful sense of humor. Once the trip began it was a relief to find everything went just as easy as she had promised. We did have some lost baggage problems on our way home but that certainly was not her fault and she has been helpful in resolving the problem. Boy, am I glad I purchased flight insurance! My family was so grateful that I had handled the trip arrangements that I was called "The Logisticator" but honesty makes me admit Lueann did all the work so I hereby pass the title on to her. She is a "logisticator" without equal.

I believe we answered your many questions, gave you a discount....packaged deals with flight, hotel and car isn't always separated by the vendors . As far as departing on one airlines and returning on another that is very common today, we don't control that. The booking and recommended cruise went very well. She made the air travel arrangements for us with my other coming from one place and me from another and meeting in the Atlanta airport. The return flights did not allow enough time after disembarking, so she rebooked for us and sent a gift card to cover the additional charge for it.
She also recommended travel insure which we purchased. This was a godsend as my mother became ill the first night of the cruise and had to be taken to a hospital in the Cayman Island and then flown back to Ft. Lauderdale via air ambulance. The travel insurance company did an excellent job of making the arrangements for us. Thankfully, my mother has since recovered.
