Did not want to pay 2 delivery charges, so elected to have both brought at same time. Delivery was to be made 6-8 weeks. Paid half at purchase. 2 weeks later store called stating that they would not be accepting a number of different charge cards in the future, and would we like to pay off balance now. Felt like a version of "bait & switch". Since we wouldn't have items for another 4-6 weeks, we didn't feel like they should have all the money until delivery, which they won't do before the balance is paid. In the 8th week we called to find out when delivery would be made. They called back that the custom made chair was in stock, but the couch (which we could have had at time of purchase) was not yet made. They called back 2 days later that couch was on truck at distribution center & they would call with delivery date. They called back next day that they could not find the couch but they had people walking around warehouse looking for it. Finally received call a few days later that items would be delivered on the 20th of November, MORE than ten weeks after purchase date. When we complained about the delays, we were told it was partially our fault for selecting what turned out to be a very popular material.
