I calked JR Plumbing at 7:00 AM. Steve took my call on call and scheduled our replacement the same day. Steve had me take several pictures so he could order the correct water heater. Don came to disconnect the faulty water heater on time. The new water heater arrived and John came to reinstall the new appliance. John took his time, even answering my questions. John worked past 5 PM to install the water heater so would not have to wait another day. John had to overcome issues with the pan below the water heater. This was the second time we called on JR Plumbing for a plumbing replacement. The first was an in sink disposer.

Recommended to us by our boiler service. They were very nice on the phone. Talked with my wife and answered all our questions. They were very responsive and got a new "short unit" installed for us in a couple of days. The installation looks clean and professional. They also installed new ducting to the chimney vent. Every water heated I have ever had just plain fails and you have no warning usually so shopping for a new one can be a pain. This was easy as it could be.

Despite running into several issues, they persevered and got the work done!

Job went well. Gas water heater was shipped out by mistake but plumber on site replaced a lavatory faucet while waiting for correct heater and there was no charge. Work went as expected and area was cleaned before plumber left. I have used JR for many years and would recommend them highly.

Both plumbers, Jeff on 7/21, and the guy on the re-installation on 7/23, provided details regarding the work that the were doing, as well as checked other areas in the plumbing that needed correction. I feel they when beyond the original scope of the project to correct issues we had, example the pitch of the pipe was incorrect so we had standing water in the pipe, but they still stayed within in the budget and did not try to sell us extra services/products.

Came out quickly, with short notice. Got clog cleaned out. Neat and professional.

We experienced a significant water leak running down walls in the basement. We called JR Plumbing, our plumbing vendor of choice for many years, on Sunday. Jeff came out and diagnosed the problem, taped up the leak and then came back on Monday to fix it in normal hours.
Jeff was an excellent representative and technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem, recommended an effective solution at a reasonable price, and then came back on Monday to complete the work.
Jeff, and his colleagues at JR Plumbing, have been terrific to work with. Projects done in a timely manner and on budget. They are well presented and amiable folks.

It went o.k he said I need my pipes to be flushed .He made a recommendation of a company. And I will call the company in the future. he did clear a abstruction on a couple of my facets.

He was able to figure out the problem and get it taken care of for me. They were very good about giving me a diagnosis over the phone, and they asked a lot of questions. They gave me a good feeling before they even came out. They were very personable.

I am very happy with my experience with JR Plumbing. The workers answered questions about other things around the home that did not relate to the job they were performing. The quality was great. We really liked them. I will use them again in the future.

I called them on Thur evening and asked if they could come on Friday, they did. The whole basement was flooded with several inches of water and the basement bathroom toilet would overflood with water if flushed. I knew that the sump pump was not working and the plummer verified that sump pump was dead, he replaced the pump and next checked the main drain it was clogged he cleaned the drain and told me that family members were flushing floss and oil down the toilet. He told me that the only things that should go into your toilet are number 1 and 2 and toilet paper.

I called and get a referal for water damage clean-up form JR Plumbing.

This is my third time using them I will use them again.

I live in an older neighborhood with lots of mature trees. My drains in the basement back up form time-to-time. I had a new driveway installed, and shortly thereafter, my basement backed up. Apparently, the lines from the house that go out to the street went under the driveway. It took them a couple of hours, but they got it cleared. The drain clogged up again within a couple of weeks, and they came back again and cleared it free of charge, Unfortunately, I don't remember what I was charged originally, but I do remember comparison shopping, and they had the lowest fee for a service call. They were courteous and cleaned up the basement exceptionally well.
