This story has a good part and a bad part, I will start with the good. Infinity Exteriors hit a home run installing the black rubber roof on both of my second story porches. They went above and beyond as far as installing my new rubber roof material. The corners are all neatly tucked and well integrated into the edge of the house. There is not a drop of spilled adhesive anywhere and you can tell they knew what they were doing. This is why I was so disappointed when I came home and the 4X4" posts that they installed for my new railing on top of the roof were so wobbly. A 20lb force horizontally would have torn them right out. This is unacceptable for a safety railing. I called to express my concern and the job foreman mentioned that he screwed the posts into the plywood roofing and did not hit any floor joists when attaching the posts. He told me this was standard practice. I was appalled that somebody would install a safety railing and not attach it to a structural member. I installed the railing to see if that would stabilize things, but it did not help nearly enough. I wrote to Infinity and expressed my concerns again and they promised me they would make the posts more stable. A few weeks later, they cam out again and installed some angle braces to stabilize the railing. I wish they would have done the job right the first time and bolted the posts to a floor joist. I must say that everybody at Infinity was VERY professional throughout the entire project. This is the reason I would consider using them again in the future. They made a mistake, but did not stop working until it was fixed.

The company did a Great Job from start to finish

The estimate went very well and we were given a ballpark of when the work would be done. There was some confusion in the final communication as to when the shingles would be delivered and when work would start. I ended up having to call a couple of times to find out when it would be. The crew arrived her bright and early and set off to work. They took extraordinary care of my landscape plantings and landscape lights. The crew built plywood huts over bushes and light to protect them from damage. Other than I couple of hostas looking a bit stepped one (they recovered nicely from any abuse) everything was safe and sound. They expected the work to take up to 2 days but it took just a bit longer due to weather conditions. Infinity picked up nearly every nail (I only found 3 which were stuck in very odd places) and picked up all of the debris (and there was lot of it). We had the premium install so they replaced all the metal edgings that were on the gable ends of the roof and did an absolutely wonderful job installing new flashing around our huge chimney. The only little glitch was regarding our Radon Exhaust system. It is a fan directly under the vent that exits onto the roof. Debris during the tear off got down into the fan. The foreman, Michael, unplugged the unit when I told him there was a problem and emptied the fan of any debris. The fan is still working, however it is very noisy where before it was whisper quiet. Infinity must not have run into Radon Vents before, so my advice is if you have a Radon Exhaust System, you need to unplug it and have the roofers cover the vent to prevent debris getting into the fan during the tear off. After the work was completed Michael did a walk around with us and the roof looked great. All of the metal work matched perfectly and looked so professional. The next day, you never would have guessed that the roof had just been replaced because everything around the house looked the same as before except for the beautiful new roof. The Infinity crew are the best. A couple of times when I had to ask them a question they were all so nice and helpful. Being in the house the whole time, we could hear some of their conversations and could tell that some serious teaching of less experienced staff was going on. Their work and professionalism surpassed my expectations.

I called to ask for someone to stop by and give me an estimate. They said the guy that would stop by would call me within two business days. He called me and we setup an appointment for the next day. He stopped by and took a look at the roof and wrote out an estimate. I agreed and he said that someone would be in touch in the next three weeks to schedule the job. They called about two weeks later and asked if that Friday would work. I said OK. They were able to complete the job that day with the exception of the install of some new soffit. That was completed the following Wednesday. The roof looks great.

The rep Aaaron responded immediatly and was always fast to respond to questions over email. Tim was out the day prior to the work to make certain all the right materials would be ready for the project and I recieved a follow-up call the next day to make certain I was satisfied. I almost forgot to mention that when I made my initial phone call, the office staff/customer service team was top notch.

They did a wonderful job. They did it all in one day and they cleaned everything up. Their price was very good...he got estimates from several other companies.

The roof looks great. Excellent value for the price. The owner, Josh Sparks, explained all the details about the roofing job and responded in writing to additional questions I had prior to starting the job. The roof has a 50 year non-prorated FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY (provided by manufacturer). A team of at least 10 people completed the roofing job in 2 days which is good because roofing is a messy job. The gutter job was completed in 1 day. A project manager was assigned to the job who prepared me on what to expect. The roofers cleaned up the yard to my satisfaction. I only found a few nails after the job was completed. I wished the project manager would have strongly recommended that I had them prepare the tarps in the attic to protect my belongings for a fee. I decided to do it myself which was a mistake. However, Infinity came over after the job was completed and cleaned up the attic for a fee so worked out in the end.

They were polite, showed up when they said they would, and fixed what needed to be fixed. All in all a positive experience.

Company responded very quickly to my initial interest and set up a site visit for an estimate. After some miscommunications between the owner and myself I received quote. Will decide within the next week or two if we can move forward with project.

Everything went very well. I went with another contractor only because of the warranty the other company offered. This it the only reason I went with the other company. The prices were very comparable and shingles were similar. The sales rep was very informative more than the other company.

They came and replaced 7 windows in our 100+ year old home. The initial estimate was 4000-6000 less than other estimates. It took some time after the initial estimate to get the actual work scheduled. However, once it was scheduled, the crew showed up promptly and worked efficiently to complete all replacement within approximately 4 hours. They left all rooms as neat/clean as they were when they arrived. They also fixed a downspout on the spot before they left. This was the second time I've used Infinity and I will definitely use them again for any window or roofing work.

Infinity was in and out in less then a week. They cleaned up every day, came back to address a concern I had afterwards and did a great job. I was impressed with the speed and efficiency with which they worked. The crew was respectful -- I went outside and heard one of the men swear -- the foreman told him to watch it. I'm not easily offended, but I really appreciated the consideration. Would recommend them to anyone without reservation. Price is approximate.

Shortly after I contacted Infinity Exteriors, Aaron came out and gave me an estimate. He was very clear and concise in explaining what would be done. The company was very good on keeping me informed as to when the work would be done. The work crew arrived as scheduled. They removed the old siding from the dormers and installed new siding. They also removed the old material on the overhang on the front porch and replaced it. They replaced the wood on some of the endcaps and recovered them and then caulked everything. Everything looks very nice. The workers were very pleasant and did a thorough job of cleaning up. The price was exactly as quoted. I would definitely use Infinity Exteriors again.

Estimate was provided in a very professional manner. Price was not highest or lowest out of the five estimates we received but reputation and word of mouth, to include Angie's list, went a long way in this decision. Very flexible about choosing job date, even rescheduled it for us to earlier date at our request. Materials arrived a couple days early, on the scheduled date of the job hey arrived on time as stated. Job went very fast, I must say those guys bust their humps! Clean up was ok, I will say I found numerous, approx twenty nails. on the front walkway and near the overhead garage door. Not a big deal, kinda expect to find a few just as long as it isn't with my car tire. I paid the foreman after they were finished that day. Prt of the deal was a new gutter and downspout were to be installed on the front of the garage, I was expecting this the same day as it was only about twenty feet of gutter. This did not happen for several days. I also discovered a couple of boards in the garage roof had bee broken and new shingles put on over top, I called about this and it was corrected the next business day. Even with a couple small things going array, which is normal for my family for some reason, the company corrected each issue and every member of their team was very professional and courteous. I am looking to have some gutter work done on the house, Infinity will be first on the call list, they earned it. thanks again, if anyone is back and forth between Infinity and some other company I would urge them to go with Infinity, they make things right if there is a wrong and it is a local family business keeping jobs close to home.

After a storm on Memorial Day evening, we found a few pieces of shingle in our yard and could see another hanging over the edge of the roof. The next morning we called Infinity, and Sam came out that afternoon. He checked out the roof and explained that the shingles had not been installed correctly and that because of that we'll probably have to have the roof redone sooner than we'd expected. In the meantime, however, he replaced the missing shingles with some extras we had on hand, secured the cap shingles with roofing cement and re-nailed some nails that were popped up to keep more shingles from coming down, and sealed loose flashing and around our skylights. He said these fixes should give us a few more years before we have to replace the roof. He then also sent an email detailing his work and recommendations for my records, complete with photos of the problem areas.We appreciate Sam's ability to come out same-day and make these unexpected repairs and the fact that he explained the problems with our roof without pushing us to replace it immediately. Now we can keep an eye on the situation while hopefully his repairs extend the life of our current roof.

Infinity came out to repair my ridge vent and a few loose roof shingles. They arrived on time and were very polite and courteous. The work looked great and I no longer have problems with ridge vent leaks. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

Overall we were very pleased with the final product. The project did stretch into an extra day, because the crew was unable to get as much done on the first day as they anticipated, due to not having access to the driveway next door. The foreman explained the situation to me ahead of time, so I was aware that it was a possibility they would need the extra time. From start to finish, I found the customer service by all very good. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and all work was explained thoroughly. The crew did misplace a corner piece of siding, but they have agreed to replace it at no cost. I would definitely do business with Infinity Exteriors again.

.There has been good communication and their response has been great. The quality of the work has been top notch. and he gave us an evaluation on another house we have to get that home sold. They even moved up our date to get the roof done because we had a leak. They also identified some other problems and we are going to have them do that work too. They Identified a mistake in the material being delivered and got it corrected right away. They have been great about cleaning up the yard and all that. We will use them again.

I was satisfied with their work. I think they did a nice job. They cleaned up after themselves and they were responsive to me. I paid with a personal check though and never got a receipt.

Aaron from Infinity was waiting for us at the agreed upon time. He was friendly and professional. After the inspection, Aaron wrote us a report deeming the current roof to have a few more years left on it (for our lending bank) and provided an estimate for roof replacement. When the deal is finalized with the bank and the time comes, we will certainly be calling Aaron at Infinity Roofing!

After receiving bids from multiple top quality Angie's List roofing companies, I selected Infinity. This was based on the information they provided about their services, a reasonable price quotation and the quality of their customer feedback. The work was scheduled to be completed late in the Fall. Infinity started as scheduled and completed the entire job in two days. Upon completion of the work, there were a couple of small cosmetic items which I felt needed to be addressed. Infinity came out for a final inspection and addressed those items immediately. It has been over 1 year since the work was completed, and there have not been any problems at all. I will gladly use Infinity for future jobs.

Bad weather delayed the original start date, but Infinity called to reschedule when it looked like the first available date would be a Thursday. They did not want to take a chance on having the job drag over a weekend, which I appreciated. They showed up punctually on Monday morning, had the job completed by the end of the day on Wednesday, and left the site spotless. The workers were polite throughout. I hope my roof lasts long enough that I do not need to hire them again, but I do recommend them highly.

They told me what they would do, then did it. I was never surprised and the price was exactly as quoted.

Kept us informed, came very close to the dates promised, did a thorough competent job and were very courteous. Possible overages were explained before hand and expected. The final cost with overages was less than I thought it would be. We chose their mid-range shingle and it looks very good and came with a warranty.
