We can’t say enough about Infinity Exteriors. We initially reached out to them about replacing our old wooden casement windows which had started to fall apart, but after looking at their products on line, we also decided that we should have our cedar siding replaced. This process started in November and over the next month, we met with your sales representatives 3 times, going over window and siding options, time frames and costs. We had also met with 4 other, well known companies in the area, but at the end of the day, Infinity was our choice. Their products were exactly what we were looking for, both in quality, design and cost. It was our two salesmen that sealed the deal. Jake and Sam were very professional and honest with us throughout the entire process. Not once did they talk poorly about their competition. They were confident in their products and that spoke volumes to us. They were extremely respectful of our time and responsive to our questions and concerns through out the entire process. We got exactly what we expected to get, with zero surprises. Once the weather was good enough to begin, the entire process of replacing 26 windows took less than 2 days and the siders started right after that. Their crews were very professional and did a wonderful job. This 25-year old home has never looked better. We’ve had so many compliments from our neighbors. We simply couldn’t be happier with our decision and will recommend them to anyone and everyone we can. Great job Infinity! Thank you for making our house look brand new again.

I obtained five quotes. Infinity Exteriors was not the lowest, nor were they the highest bids. My decision came down to deciding between two bids that were competitive and who gave me confidence that they would do good work. The tipping point was the thoroughness that Danny Stemper took during his inspection, and the amount of detail he put in the quote. The work was performed to our satisfaction and the house looks great.

Hired this company back in 2008 to strip roof and put on a new roof. I was pleased with their service and quality of work. Well, things have gone south at the company in 10 years. When I needed the east side of my house stripped and resided I called them to provide an estimate. They were in the middle of three estimates I received but I decided to use them based on my prior experience. On 4/11/18 a truck (not an Infinity Exteriors' vehicle) showed up with equipment and driver rang bell and said he was here to start my siding job. Truck was not marked in any way as Infinity Exteriors LLC. I knew something was up but decided to let him proceed as it was Inifinity Exterior's reputation at stake to hire a subcontractor to do the work. Jesse setup equipment and started removal. 4/12/18 removal continued and installation started. 4/13/18 Partial rain day. 4/14 - 15/18 Snow, no workers or work done 4/16/18 installation continued and workers left. When I inspected, I saw installation of siding was complete but caulking was terrible and unfinished. Electrical boxes were installed crooked and Tyvek was left hanging out the bottom of the siding. Scrap and cut pieces were laying all over. I wasnt sure if they were done or coming back. 4/17/18 received a call from Infinity asking how the job went and if I was satisfied with the work done. I expressed my displeasure with items stated aboave and asked that the sales person or company rep stop out and see if they would accept this type of work on their house. I also asked if they had used this subcontractor before and she stated that they had. She said someone from the office would call me. Later that day Nick called and set up a time to stop out. 4/18/18 Nick came out at 9am and I asked him to please go look at the job and let me know what he thought. We discussed the Tyvek hanging out, crooked electrical boxes, caulking and paint missing at ridge boards and the mess. He assured me that the contractor would be back to finish up. 4/19/18 Jesse showed up in his car, rang bell and stated that he was here to fix some items. He trimmed the Tyvek and said he touched up some nails that weren't painted. Asked me if I wanted the extra paint for future use. I said yes, the cans was ice cold so probably had been left in his truck or car to freeze so I'm sure it is not any good. He said he would be back next day with help to finish the other items. He never showed up again. 4/20/18 an Infinity truck with a trailer backed up into the driveway and the driver proceeded to clean up the large scrap and leftover siding that was on a pallet in my driveway. He never rang the bell. 4/27/18 received a call from Infinity and she stated that a crew would be out the next day to complete the job and take care of my concerns. 4/28/18 no one showed up. As of writing this on 5/9/18 I have not head from anyone at infinity. Please see pictures of the issues that concerned me. 5/10/18- After posting this review on 05/09/18, Infinity immediately contacted me and has worked to resolve the outstanding issues in a timely manner and the work was done to the quality expected in the first place. Some issues that I am still displeased with such as crooked window drip cap and poor bottom starter row have been discussed but no solution has been offered other than agreeing that it could have been done differently. Also on 5/25/18 I turned on our air conditioner only to discover we had no AC all weekend! HVAC tech out on 5/29/18 to check unit and discovered that a siding nail was installed right through the refrigerant line completely bleeding out all refrigerant. Also when that happens air enters the system and contaminates the line dryer and oil so the dessicant dryer has to be removed and replaced, the punctured line cut and replaced then vacuum pump entire set and refill with refrigerant. Can you say $$$ 5/30/18 I contacted Infinity regarding the AC issue and am currently working with Tommy towards a resolution. 5/31/18 Infinity has agreed to reimburse me for any costs with the HVAC.

We’ve had a great experience with Infinity so far. Before we’ve even gotten to the actual work part we have been blown away by the professionalism of their estimater Jake. On top of going above and beyond he even rolled up his sleves and helped us move a refrigerator that turned out to be 560 pounds! Two of us were trying to move it not realizing the weight of it. Had Jake not jumped in to help, my friend would have been crushed when I tipped the fridge over to get it though the door. Not many people will jump in to help these days. He even helped us get it all the way into the kitchen. When I got the manual out of the fridge I found out it was 560 pounds! It was like wrestling a bear! Jake is the best!

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Infinity. Beginning with the initial phone call for an estimate, all the way through to the end of the project... we were impressed with the speed and professionalism of the employees. We called on Friday 4/27 to request an estimate appointment, and the appointment was scheduled for the following Monday 4/30... very timely! Jordan Stemper provided our cost estimate. He was extremely thorough and meticulous while taking measurements and walking us through the proposal. He very generously offered to come back at a later date to drop off extra shingle color samples, and he also made an additional trip to sign the contract. We were very well cared for by Jordan. He even followed up after the project completion to ask how it had gone. After signing the contract on 5/2 and finally choosing our shingle color 5/7, the project moved quickly! We were pleasantly surprised when the project was scheduled for Friday 5/18! That was quick! Chad Melichar was the supervisor for our project, and he was great to deal with. He said the crew would show up between 7 and 8, and they arrived right at 7 am! The dumpster was delivered at about 6:30 am, a bit early for my taste, but the coordination of everything worked out just fine! The crew got right to work and worked solidly for 11 hours to get our roof finished in a single day. We were so pleasantly surprised that they finished in one day of work! We were worried that they'd leave our project unfinished over the weekend, but luckily they completed it after a long day of hard work... just before the rain arrived! As for the roof itself -- we are very pleased with how it looks. It looks great, and I know that the workmanship was top-notch. The workers were very courteous, and the crew left our yard cleaner than when they started! We also installed new gutter guards, and they look very sharp. (I mean sharp as in nice-looking, not sharp like they'll cut you. 😉) All in all, we are very pleased with the work completed by Infinity and would definitely recommend them to friends/family to use for their projects. I gave them a grade of "A" on everything except for a "B" on price, simply because I think the price is a bit higher than other contractors, but honestly we were willing to pay that extra amount knowing that the project would be completed by a very professional and reputable company that has been in business for a while and will continue to be in business for many years to come. No fly-by-night operation here!

Amazing, the contractor was able to perform the services on our timeline. They did a great job keeping our yard clean and did not damage our brand new driveway. All expectations from the estimator were met, onsite foreman was friendly and communicated the job very well, on site crew did a great job completing the roof project in one day.

Everything went very well from the estimate/proposal to the completion. Infinity's team was very easy to work with. The work was done on time and to the agreed upon price.

After gathering several quotes I chose to go with Infinity Exteriors, LLC as their quote was fair in price compared to the others but came with a warranty that was second to none. Tom Gaeth was the estimator assigned to our account and he provided detailed pictures showing the current condition of my roof along with detailed explanations of what work was to be done. Within less than a week of agreeing to have them perform the work, they were able to get a crew to my house to begin. This type of responsiveness was incredible and well exceeded any of the other timelines I was provided by other roofing companies. The foreman on the crew was very respectful and provided me with detailed updates of progress as well as next steps. Tom continued to follow up with me via my preferred method of communication to make sure that everything was progressing to my satisfaction. Several unforeseen issues came up, but Tom worked with me and the final change order was less than 5% of the agreed upon amount which was exceptional. I will continue to use Infinity Exteriors, LLC in the future and would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Company was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent communication. We were impressed with Tom, our coordinator and felt confident with his recommendations. He and Scott, our project manager stopped by often to monitor the progress. The crew was great, getting our job done in a timely manner. It was a pleasure having them at our home. My home is 48 years old and in western Waukesha County, Wisconsin. It's hard to say how many coats of paint/stain have been put on this house since it was constructed. No spot was worse than the framing around our garage door opening. The wood was worn and despite being freshly painted in October 2017, paint was already peeling off near the junction between the garage slab and the framing due to presence of water (rain/snow). I was finally sick and tired of seeing it look like that and made the decision something else had to be done. Back in 2014, I needed some roofing work done on the house due to a leak. I called in 3 different roofing companies: Over-the Top Roofing; Infinity Exteriors; and Integrity Roofing. All 3 companies had signs out in front of homes in our neighborhood they were working on at the time, and I called each one to see what their difference in materials and price would be. When all was said and done, Nick Morn of Infinity Exteriors offered me the best price, best materials, and quickest time to completing the job. In fact, he upgraded the quality of shingles used in the job. Infinity Exteriors operated with military precision, as all the materials were loaded on pallets and delivered to a turn-around in my back yard a week or so prior to the start of the job. It was a 2-day job and the work was done spectacularly and not a nail or piece of shingle was left behind. I liked Nick and Infinity so much that my son had Infinity Exteriors replace his entire roof and put aluminum siding on his house. I had Nick and Infinity to put additional insulation over the lower two ends of my home and will likely use them to do the upper middle space on my home. But, I digress. In the current work just completed, I e-mailed Nick Morn to see if he could come out and give me an updated quote on the garage door re-framing, as we had initially discussed it back in 2016. Nick was over within 4 days to take a look at what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. I signed on right away. Nick said the work could take place likely in late April or early May, despite it being considered a "small job". Much to my surprise, we got a call from an Infinity scheduler on April 12, 2018, to say another job had been pushed back due to illness of the customer and would it be OK if they started on our job on April 17. We were fine with that. The work was done by Brandon, the specialist in this kind of work. Brandon showed up with a huge Infinity pick-up truck and large trailer with his gear. He carefully tore down the old garage door framing and that was done in 20 minutes time. Then Brandon got out the LP Smartside lap siding to reframe the opening. While I have no background in this type of work, the LP Smartside siding looked like a composite material with a rich wood grain face and it had been processed so it wouldn't rot or likely suffer water damage. Nick had the foresight to have me give him exterior paint used to paint the old garage framing so the new siding could be pre-painted for Brandon to install. The new pieces were cut and meticulously nailed into place. Brandon then used a high-grade caulk to seal the bottom where the siding met the garage slab for additional water resistance. Once that was done, he put weatherstripping around the entire garage door opening to keep wind/weather out of the garage when the door was down. It didn't take him long to re-side the 3 support posts, one at our back door and 2 at the front door, with each post supporting a section of roof over each porch. Those were a dark brown color. Brandon had to touch up the paint on all the siding and the job wasn't completed until he was satisfied with the appearance. The job took Brandon about 8 hours to complete and he took no breaks. He cleaned up the job site and other than for some sawdust that got wet from an 8 inch snowstorm we suffered on April 15 and couldn't be swept up, one would ever know Brandon was even here. This was the 4th job I have had Infinity Exteriors do on my house, and I wouldn't consider letting anyone other than Infinity work on our place. In this type of business, I presume it is rare to find the combination of stability, competence, and retention of professional staff, quality of materials, quality of installation, timeliness at starting/completing the job, and price when it comes to home remodeling and repair. Infinity Exteriors has offered all of these to me in the work they have done for us in the past 4 years. Can't recommend Nick and Infinity Exteriors highly enough.

My husband and I began to get quotes for our big project (roof, soffits, gutters, siding and windows) and had almost 10 contractors come out. However there was one that stood out the moment my husband met him. His name is Sam Ward @ Infinity Exteriors LLC. From the moment he began talking it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. He was very professional and took the time to explain every little thing as far as what we needed and what we did not need. We then met up with him a few days later to see the product in the showroom and this is where I was able to meet Sam. My husband’s description and how he felt about Sam was instantly the same way that I felt "this guy knows his stuff" and "I feel like he is being honest and not trying to just make a sale" He was up front and stated he might not be the cheapest and he might not be the highest, however he was right in line with the others. But the others were offering us the basic material for some of the items (soffit and gutters), where Sam had listened to us that we were not looking to move from this home and factored that into his decision of the product he proposed to use. I had quite a few questions at that meeting and not once did I feel pressured or hurried up. Sam even shared another customer’s contact information so that we could reach out to them to be able to see a color he thought that we would like in person as well as have a review of someone that completed a project with Infinity Exteriors LLC. She spoke highly of Sam (just like I am doing here) as well as all of the crews that were at her home. This reassurance has helped us in moving forward with Infinity Exteriors LLC for this home over hall. We are excited and can't wait to see the transformation in the coming months. I learned of Infinity Exteriors from WISN radio. I had already had one roofer estimate, who I found from Angie’s list. I was impressed with them and figured Infinity would just be a second bid as a price comparison. When Jordan arrived my first impression was very professional. Jordan showed great interest in my project and asked many questions. Jordon listened and did a nice job explaining to me the history if Infinity. I was impressed to learn of the generosity within the community, the family run business was impressive. I was also interested to learn that the owner of the company was a US Marine. I have great respect for military, and that made a difference. Jordan explained that he wanted to see inside of my attic. I had re -insulated it a few years ago and I had explained that I did not want him up there. Jordan explained why it would be beneficial to do so, I agreed, and it was no problem. It took 5 days to receive a quote from the other company, Jordan spent nearly 1.5 hours on my roof. He had used google earth to pre-map the outline of my roof, so his measurement would be very accurate. After Jordan got off the roof, we sat down, and the quotation was already complete on his tablet. Jordon also asked questions about the skylight, in the end that was replaced as well. Installation was delayed 1 day because of the recent snow storm. Crew showed up at 7:00 am, roof was removed, the new roof installed, cleaned up and gone by 7:00 that evening. Infinity was not my low bid, but for an investment in my home that will last nearly 50 years, saving a few dollars was not my goal. I would recommend Jordan and Infinity for your roofing needs.

Infinity was an excellent partner in the replacement of the roof on our 100yr old Wauwatosa home. As an engineer I am extremely interested in the logistics, materials, and process details of all work done on my home. As a custodian of a 100yr old home I’m very protective of my piece of history and extremely particular to the quality of the work. Infinity respects that. Many of the roofers that quoted on my job were not willing to take the time to answer my many questions. A few of them didn’t even offer a face-to-face meeting “no, we don’t need to meet; you’ll receive our estimate in the mail”. Jake insisted on a face-to-face and was not only willing but happy to provide as much detail as I wanted because it gave him a chance to explain why Infinity is superior to the competition. For good reason, he is proud of the company and my need for detail allowed him to share the many reasons Infinity is the right choice. Our first meeting took two hours; most of the time committed to his thorough answers to my numerous questions. I was impressed with Infinity’s leadership structure that is focused on open communication with the homeowner and rapid completion of the work. It’s always a concern when living in unpredictable Wisconsin to have your house exposed to the elements; Infinity is fast. There is a house a few blocks from us with 25% of the roof covered in tarps the entire winter because the roofers were not prepared. Infinity has a hierarchical structure from Salesman Jake, to Project Manager Scott, to working Foreman Enrique to the four roofers that allow smooth interaction with the customer while quickly executing the work. Jake, Scott, and Enrique were exceptionally responsive to all questions and concerns from start to finish and I can’t say enough good things about the quality workmanship, attention to the smallest details, and impressive work ethic of the crew. Due to the size and complexity of my roof (45 square, 22 facets, 2 chimneys, 2 dormers including a flat roof) I did not believe their 4-day estimate for completing the project. They hit the roof sprinting at 7am Monday morning and finished at 7pm Thursday evening. They performed a thorough inspection on Friday and addressed small open items. Needless to say I will not hesitate to recommend Infinity. Dan OC

I can't say enough positive comments about this company and their integrity. I had a quote to replace my roof due to defective shingles. Josh helped me get a rebate for the bad shingles, no one else who provided a quote even mentioned it. Their work was flawless. I found no trace (not even a nail!) of anything in the yard. Everything was explained to my satisfaction when I had questions. The day following in installation, the head installer came out to go over everything with me. The only thing that needed attention was one hand print on the back of the house! When my friend needed a new roof, I referred him to Infinity and he was equally satisfied. A couple of years later I needed two new front windows. They were leaking badly and had a buildup of moisture during the winter. Again, the work was perfectly done. I am so happy with the new windows, which not only look great, but no more leakage! I would highly recommend that you contact Infinity for a quote before you proceed with any home improvement!

We just had Infinity Exteriors install a new roof on our home in Greenfield and could not be more pleased. From signing the contract to the final walk through, working with Danny and Chad was a pleasure. They were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable we truly think we made the right choice with Infinity. Once the contract was signed it was just a few days before Chad called to set up the installation. The crew arrived exactly on time, completed the work before I got home from work that day, and if it wasn’t for the beautiful new roof on the house I would never have known they were there. The next day when Danny came back to do the final inspection, he even took pictures on the roof so he could show my husband the work that had been done so he didn’t have to go up on the roof himself. Great job Infinity, you really live up to your reputation.

They arrived on time. Completed work efficiently. Price for services was excellent! Only one issue the work Foreman did not explain all that was done when work was completed. However I would definitely hire again.

CertainTeed cement board siding and cedar trim were failing after 12 years. We have accepted a quote from Infinity to replace with LP Smartside. Won't actually start the work for another few weeks. Will update once the work is done.

It went well. They did a nice job with installation and clean up, even though it was January and there was snow on the ground! Our new roof looks great.

I contracted a new roof with Infinity Roofing. I met them at a home improvement show and they came out to inspect my roof the day after the show. They quoted a fair and reasonable price and convinced me that they were best suited to install my new roof. They were professional, thorough, neat and efficient. The new architectural shingle certainly upgrades the look of my home. I recommend Infinity to you and to your home.

We have talked to nothing but very pleasant people through the company. They are very receptive and eager to help. Unfortunately we have had several issues including issues with the paint on siding, caulk used and a poor cleanup after the job. The service manager promptly came out to address our issues. We are hopeful that these issues will all be remedied and a 5 star review can be given.
