The repairs were to a roof of a three-condo unit building that's over 100 years old. The developer took some short cuts that Joe repaired. I had originally called him about my leaking basement. Last year a different contractor sealed my direct spout and added the gutter. The placement of the gutter caused me additional problems, and the basement was still wet. Joe figured out the problem, and for the first time in the three years I lived in my place, I have a dry basement. I couldn't be happier.
Joe was willing to meet with my condo association, answered all of my questions, and accepted payment after the work was completed. I will definitely be using him for any other needs. I highly recommend him.
