Terrible experience from start to finish. Approx. 16 months from start to finish.
Did sloppy work.
NEVER answered phone calls or letters.
Months would go by and then he would appear.
Gave him substantial money to supposedly buy the product and get started on the work.
Never bought the product. Ultimately claimed the deposit paid was for "prep work".
This fee was more than the cost to buy product and apply. That's weird.
In addition to feeling scammed, the total lack of communication, over many many months, was inexcusable.
