Erin's Tile Works

We remodeled our bathroom. It included removing a whirlpool tub and replacing it with a 9 foot long double shower including 2 bench seats, and new bathroom floor. They were professional, on time, helpful in terms of design and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Erin's Tile Works.

Overall it all went very well. They were flexible with our schedule and worked around our schedule. They I'd a beautiful job and we love it all.

Overall, we were very pleased with the job -- they showed up when they said they were going to, completed the work quickly, and the end result looks great. However, we paid extra to have them remove and replace our toilet and pedestal sink. A few months later, the sink started coming away from the wall and leaking. I called Erin's Tile and left a message about this, asking them to come back to fix it, and received no response. I called back approximately 2 weeks later and left another message. That was 2-3 weeks ago, and I have still not received a response. I find this to be extremely unprofessional. This is why I have to give them poor ratings on responsiveness and professionalism. If it weren't for this incident, we would have been interested in hiring them again to do a similar project in the bathroom in the second floor unit of our duplex.

Erin's Tile Works came out and gave us an estimate. They were very friendly and helped us with a few design points by giving us some design suggestions for our backsplash that we had not thought of, that in the end, turned out beautifully. We felt the estimate was good and we liked them so we hired them. When the tile came in they called us right away and gave us a start date and time line for the project. The job started on time and went very smoothly. They were very professional and helpful. I was amazed at how clean they were. Each day they really cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with the job and the company and would definitely recommend them.
