After the hailstorm in early June in southern Wisconsin the storm chasers were out in full force. I did not want to go with any of them so I did my own research and found Elite Exteriors and am very glad I did! Ryan came out within days to give me a very fair estimate for a new roof (with extended warranty since they are a GAF certified installer), James Hardie siding, and downspouts. After looking over the damage he said he would have an estimate to me in a few days and on the third day I received a very detailed estimate (at this time I had been waiting for other estimates from a couple other contractors for a couple weeks). Ryan was amazing to work with - he gave recommendations for colors, sent us addresses so we could look at those colors on houses he had done, and was extremely responsive. If I ever had questions or concerns, Ryan got back to me the same night or the next day at the latest. This continued through the whole process. His employees were great as well. Karl was responsive with roofing questions/concerns (anything I had questioned, no matter how small, he made it right), Jeremy with the siding and Manuel, who did all of the siding, was amazing. Our house got a complete make-over with quality materials and my wife and I are extremely happy with all of the work (we have gotten many compliments from neighbors too). I highly recommend this company as my family's experience with them could not have been better.

Upon noticing that my ceiling drywall was collecting water, I immediately contacted Elite Exteriors. Elite was prompt, polite, and the pricing was fair. The flashing on my chimney and my siding was loose, and some of it was even installed backwards. Elite re-installed and re-fastened the flashings and caulked everything nicely. Due to time sensitivity of my situation and weather, I was blown away by how quickly the job was completed. This made my life a lot less stressful! I would recommend Elite Exteriors to anyone looking for siding, roofing, windows, and decking work. Ryan specifically did a great job for us. He was easy to work with, straightforward and fair. I contacted several companies before finding Elite Exteriors to do our repair. Other places acted like the job was too small or not important enough. Elite Exterior completely redid the exterior of our house - replacing the siding and adding stone to the exterior. The work performed was exemplary! All of the crew members were professional and courteous and were focused on ensuring we were happy with the end product, checking in throughout the way. They were extremely hard-working and completed the project much quicker than we would have ever anticipated. An absolutely fabulous company to do business with!

I had a good overall experience with the Elite team. Work was done quick and efficient.

I had my roof removed along with the cedar shakes that were underneath and also having aluminum siding. After coming home to a "the roof is finished" I looked up to what looks like missing step flashing along with weeks of finding nails and plenty of littered roof materials in my garden bushes and driveway. I found out the bare look of "missing step flashing" was just the bare second hand siding that no one wanted to mention to me that would be exposed. This was pretty surprising and looked terrible without a head up or an alternate plan to roof the house. I would think an experienced company would have seen this coming and told me about it but they did not and tried to dance around it. Luckily after a couple calls and an email the owner let me know that they would help me take car of the look by sending out employees to paint up the old siding after i buy the matching paint. Once i did buy the paint and let the company know that i had it, they sent one person out who didn't even have a ladder to reach more than one spot. They had to let me know that they would be out in a day or 2 later to finally finish it and they did after 4 days finally.

Zack was on-time for my initial meeting. My estimate included a base price and possible add-ons depending on what they found once they got up on the roof. I did not need new gutters but they did have to replace some of the decking--that made me trust their honesty. Zach stayed in touch throughout the project even sending me pictures of the conditions they found on the roof when I had to make a decision. They finished on a Saturday and came back on Sunday to clean up.

Just a nice, personable, friendly guy showed me his new rescue husky pup that did it for me, price was right where the insurance inspector said it should be.

Oh my gosh, Elite Exteriors is awesome! The work was great and the customer service is better than any trades company I have ever worked with. Within twenty four hours after my first contact, I was reviewing the detailed estimate of work to be performed and corresponding cost. The estimate included all work that was needed plus additional options to consider. Zack, of Elite Exteriors, committed to all work being completed within ten days. Actually the job was completed within four days! The work site was safely maintained and well cleaned up upon completion. Based on my experience with Elite Exteriors, I would not only recommend them, I will be using them again in the future.

What amazed me was that the roof was torn off and knew one put on, we could not find any trash or dirt they did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves.
