Was prompt at making appointment and had good customer service throughout. On day of appointment he was running about 15 minutes late, so he called to update us and arrived at updated time--we appreciate the communication. Was friendly, did a great job for a great price.

Craig Frohna was a huge help to me in buying a piano. A professional tuner and piano technician of long experience, he gave me lots of good advice as I looked through the For Sale ads in search of an upright piano for my kids to practice on. When I found one I wanted to buy, he went to the house of the piano's owner and inspected it thoroughly. The cost was extremely reasonable. I couldn't have bought a piano without his help, and I highly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying a piano or in search of a tuner.

Craig arrived on time and was friendly. He found some items in our piano that didn't belong (kabob skewers and a random bolt). Our piano isn't exactly top-of-the-line, but his tuning skills made a big difference in the sound. He even suggested ways to prolong the "tuning" of it---keeping it out of direct light, etc. He was recommended by a friend. I will definitely use him again. He also has a referral program which gives the person who did the referring a discount on his services.
