It always goes well when I call Don.  He is responsive, professional and even gave advice over the phone saving me the cost of a visit. He has replaced both toilets, installed my new kitchen fixtures including dishwasher, and several jobs in my old house.
 My only advice is that it works out best when I supply the hardware.  When he uses parts that he has in his truck they are of average quality and in retrospect, I wish I had taken the time to purchase the hardware myself.  For example, the old faucet pointed toward the middle of the tub (Good for filling buckets) and had a hose type fitting on the end so i could attach a hose.  The new faucet is of good quality but I miss some of the old features.  My own ovesight, really.

Don did a great job and finished on time. In addition to this job, we have used Don to repair a ruptured drain pipe and advise us on remodeling decisions. He is prompt to respond to calls and talks to you like a plumber, not a salesman. (That's a good thing.)
One caveat: Don can remember the layout of your house and the plumbing and can recount minute details about the work he has performed in the past, BUT appointments sometimes slip through the cracks. I have taken to reminding him via phone the day before an appointment. I don't see this as a major problem, just a quirk of working with a really fast, effective plumber.

We bought a new house that came with the original (possibly 1950s era)  water heater.  We needed to replace it and wanted to get a new water heater that didn't need to vent to the chimney.  Centgraf has done a wide variety of plumbing jobs for us in the past so we called them.
The job was big and took all day and then some.  He had to route venting across the basement ceiling and through an outside wall. He left around 10 pm.  The price he asked up front was the price he charged even though the job took him far longer than he thought it would.  We could pay him by mail rather than immediately upon completion of the job.

He was good. It was quick and easy. The price seemed reasonable for the amount of time he spent. He did it in a timely manner. He was easy to work with. We live in an historical home and he was able to figure out what to do, without charging too much money.

When we call them, they do their best. They arrive very quickly within half a day when possible. They even come in the evenings if it is urgent and when we needed them. They directed us to a store where we picked a faucet that we wanted. We got the faucet at a fair price.

He was professional, helpful and guaranteed his work for 5 years!

I have been very happy with their work in the past so I didn't even get estimates. Carl came quickly and the whole experience was pleasant.

THESE ARE NICE COURTEOUS PEOPLE. THEY WENT BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HIRED THEM AND HOPE THEY STAY IN BUSINESS A LONG TIME. I MARKED THE PRICE ''GOOD'' BECAUSE GOOD PLUMBING IS NOT CHEAP. I WOULD RATE THE VALUE AS EXCELLENT THOUGH BECAUSE GOOD SERVICE IS INVALUABLE!
