.I called and inquired. A representative came and took measurements. I received an estimate very promptly with potential dates to do each project. Both were explained very well to me. I knew exactly what to expect. The installers were very professional and each project did not take very long at all (3-4 hours).
I have been extremely pleased with everything related to this contractor and highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again!

I believe it was $700 was for my office, which is possibly $210 per linear ft and they did the spray foam insulation. They are extremely professional, cleaned up after themselves, told us everything that we needed to know about the insulation and they put it on pretty darn thick. When they came and did the first room, they were so professional that I called them up and had them do the second one. There is nothing they could have done better. I had a little bit of discrepancy in my bill, so I had to call them up and explain to them that room A wasn’t as big as room B and then they basically took me up on my word. I measured it myself and gave them the linear feet and they weren’t hesitant to give me the discount that I needed. Basically somebody messed up the billing and when I called them up, they were extremely friendly and apologetic and they even gave me a little bit of a discount above and beyond what they had to just because of the tiny discrepancy. So customer service wise, it was wonderful and the person that came out and did the job was great. I cannot say anything ill about that company and will use them again in the future for sure and I would recommend them to people. We did do some shopping around and they were better than their competition. They were here the same day I called them, after a couple of hours and came out to look at the job. The following day they came out and did the job because I had some construction going on, so they were very attentive, responsive. They were and unbelievable company. They were right on time; when they said they were going to be here on X time, they were here at X time.

Came out and gave an estimate within a few days of me calling.  Very competitive price in the range I was expecting due to other reviews.
Showed up on time on the scheduled morning and finished around noon as expected.
Left my floor cleaner than he found it.  Wife even thought I vacuumed.

We had 3 different insulation companies come and give us a quote for HD insulation in our roof space as well as spray foam insulation in our lower level of a new construction house we are building.  Mike was the one who came out to give us the estimates, a no nonsense type of guy, he was great, didn't try to sell me more than I needed and was very though with explanations.  Although they we not the cheapest (nor the most expensive) they worked with us and our building inspector to give us exactly what we needed.  Scheduling a date was fast - they came out and installed the cathedral ceiling in one day.  Rob who was the installer was terrific, very knowledgable and professional.  The entire cathedral roof was done in one day, no mess or waste - as it was going up my builder came round and he was equally impressed that the whole job was being done so well (even took their business cards for ref).  The spray foam took two days - and again was done in a professional manner.  Overall a great job - we are extremely pleased with the results:)

Burbach provided a reasonable quote very quickly and was able to do the work within a tight deadline for completion before drywall was installed.  Christine of Burbach was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.  They were able to install on short notice.

Excellent work, clean and professional. I had received other estimates that were cheaper but did not include the vent chutes. They explained to me, which was confirmed by others, that this would cause premature deterioration of my new roof and possibly negate its warranty. Because I use my attic for storage, I wanted them to do half of the attic at a time so I could move everything from one side to the other. They agreed to do it for a very reasonable extra charge to cover the extra travel, and they hung plastic between the place where they were working and my stored items to keep things clean.

They returned my call promptly. An estimator came to my house and explained what I should have and what might be advisable. I didn't feel pressured, and understood what need to be done. The crew arrived on time and didn't make a big mess. It's been a year since we had the work done and I think I can really feel a difference in our home.

Went smoothly.

They came into my house, at the same time another contractor was there working, they were patient while they both worked around each other. While they waited, they showed me other places where I could increase my heat loss in the basement. They checked that my basement had the insulation installed correctly and showed me what to do to finish the spaces where it was lacking. When he finally got into the attic, he fixed the bats that were not in place correctly. Put the vent guards in place, blew in the insulation. Again, reminded me to add a foam layer of foam around the attic door. The house was left clean.

They are very good. I have used this company twice before and have always been satisfied. They insulated my very first home and when I bought my present home I had them do this one also.

HE DID NOT DO THE WORK PROPERLY. WHEN THE INSULATION WAS INSTALLED THE R FACTOR WENT FROM A 3 TO 45 WHICH DRASTICLY CHANGED THE DEW POINT. AIR SEALING WAS NOT DONE AND DROP SOFFITS WERE NOT INSULATED-CARDBOARD WAS PUT OVER THEM. WE'VE HAD A BUILDING PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST COMFIRM THIS. WE NOW HAVE A SERIOUS MOLD PROBLEM IN OUR ATTIC AREA WHICH IS A DIRECT RESULT OF HIS POOR WORKMANSHIP. WE'VE CONTACTED HIM ABOUT THE PROBLEM SEVERAL TIMES AND HE IS NOT RESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROBLEM. THIS COULD BE NOT ONLY A SERIOUS PROBLEM FOR THE STRUCTURE, BUT A HEALTH PROBLEM FOR MY WIFE AND FAMILY.

THE TWO YOUNG GENTLEMEN THAT CAME TO DO THE WORK WERE FANTASTIC. AFTER THEY COMPLETED THE WORK, I HAPPENED TO MENTION THAT THERE WAS ALWAYS A DRAFT WHILE SITTING IN THE KITCHEN, AND ONE OF THE WORKERS INVESTIGATED AND ADDED INSULATION TO THE AREA HE THOUGHT WAS THE PROBLEM, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. ALSO, IT HAD SNOWED THE NIGHT BEFORE, AND BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN, I DIDN''T HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CLEAR THE DRIVEWAY AND APOLOGIZED TO THEM, BUT THEY SAID NOT TO WORRY AND THE OTHER WORKER SHOVELED THE DRIVEWAY FOR ME. IT WAS SUCH AN INCREDIBLE GESTURE.
