AREA RENTAL SNOWPLOWING COMPANY

The snowplowing and salting was fine, and done in a timely manner. This fall I received a quote of $46.00 per 1 snowfall and $14 per additional inch. I signed the quote and returned it. I received a call from mike saying he had based the quote on someone telling him it was a driveway and had underbid the job. I asked him if he looked at the site before giving me the quote and he said no. I said I thought he should stick with the signed quote since it was his error. At that point, mike became rude and belligerent. I asked the name of the company owner and was told, that's none of your business. I ended the call. I called the next day and asked the receptionist, Diane, for the name of the owner or president. She was evasive, but I persisted and she finally said, Travis. I asked his last name and she said, I don't know. at that point, I told her to leave a message for Travis and Mike that I was ending my business association with the company.
