INstalled a new sink in our new kitchen cabinates and also installed a new outdoor water spiget. All was done pretty well. The sink did have a small leak a few days after installation. He came back right away and fixed it with no problem and no charge.

My experience with 24/7 was great, from start to finish. Jim was very professional, was there within an hour and his price was very reasonable. I will recommend him to my family and friends! If you are looking for a plumber, Jim is the guy. Will certainly use 24/7 again.

We had a toilet that was clogged and I was unable to clear it with a plunger. My five year old was the last to use it so who knows what was in there. I called 24/7 at 7 am and by 11 am my clog was gone. They did a great job.

We had a semi-emergency with a clogged sink drain that made it difficult
to cook or do dishes. I called late in the day and had to leave for a
lunch appointment the next day, when Jim said he'd come, and left my son
home to wait for him...when I got home the job was all done and cleaned
up! And we haven't had a problem since.

Returned call in the evening after I left message. Appointment set for following day. Arrived as promised. Finished earlier than estimated.

Overall service was performed to my satisfaction and completed very promptly.

Jim did a great job. Our house has many windows and an exposed wall. Not a lot of room for all the mechanical pipes that need to enter or leave the house. The plumber always gets the left over space but that was not an issue. The water heater was not installed in the middle of the rec room like some reports you hear. The sump pump, iron curtain and water softener are tucked into the corner of the basement. Our walk-in shower is awesome. The large rain head, wall head and body blasters are all perfectly located. The kitchen pot filler over the cook top is on a wall with a bottom drafting hood. With no room in the wall for pipes, Jim was able to enter the stud space from the side and give the pot filler the support it requires.He is also a great source of knowledge for the other trades. He pointed out a couple issues that were being overlooked.We plan to hire him back when we build out our rec room.

Jim came out and did the work for me. He charged what he said he would. He did everything in one visit and did a great job.

Quickly got out a metal tongue scrapper that got lodged deep into toilet. Since it went so fast and you are charged for 1 hour regardless, he installed a shower head that we had...which would have taken us all day. He did both in about 15 minutes. I don't remember exact cost, but it was worth it.

I thought that the price that he charged was great for the work that he did. He was very good and he cleaned up. I loved the guy and I would use him again.

It was just excellent, just excellent, can't say enough about him. Just a super great guy.

24/7 did an excellent job moving the pipes and installing a new vent "stack" to our city's code specifications. They were professional and kept in touch with me throughout the project. Please note that the cost was included in our overall remodeling bid, the above-mentioned price is a guess.
