We just left the place unlocked and they showed up when they could fit it in their schedule, taking into account our time frame for completion. They worked very fast and were done with the job ahead of our schedule. They cleaned up after themselves. I was mostly impressed with the way they solved the myriad of problems that always come up with a remodel, such as needing the kitchen drain to go through a concrete slab and finding a route for the vent pipes to connect with existing venting. They were always very pleasant to us, but didn't waste time chatting with us. We have used them for plumbing before, as well as for septic systems, and will continue to do so. They are a great value for the money and a joy to work with!
