Lousy, After down payment, impossible to get work or paid for materials and work needed completed, I had to go back to the brother we originally spoke with and he and Father from out of area ended up coming and doing some of the initial work. Some of the below slab plumbing was completed with the wrong size pipe which affects the kitchen water pressure. We got some money refunded for a shower pan he had taken the money for but did not supply us with, and we had to pay a different plumbing contractor for materials and labor to complete the project at additional expense. They did however come up with the Rhenni On Demand Water Heater and Vent Materials that we had paid them for, with our demanding that they do so. We would never enter working with Pine Grove Plumbing, John or Dave (Paradise Plumbing) again.
