We built a new home and hired them. They obviously did not check the plumbing on the whirlpool tub as it soon started leaking water on the floor behind the back wall. They would not come back to fix the issue. This was within a month it was installed we found some water. We had someone open up another wall to peek in and found that was indeed the issue. They should have fixed it but ignored us and it was under warranty then. We also had to fix the drain of the tub as it was leaking into the basement. I had called them several times, left messages, nothing. An expensive whirlpool we cannot use as a tub.
