Tom Otto Heating and Cooling was fairly priced. The man who came out was friendly and helpful. He was informative and he explained how gas stoves work and things like that. He was really busy and it was super hot and he was needed by other people but he found to come over and do the job for us. We use him for all our heating and cooling.

They were clean, polite, and quick. They came out to tell us what it would involve. We were drawn to them because it is a family business and his son works with him. They were knowledgeable and they cleaned up after themselves.
