I happened to have a few days off of work, and needed my piano evaluated/tuned. I called "Doctor" Becker on Thursday and we were able to set up a time for the next day. He arrived as scheduled and took plenty of time with the piano. I look forward to his second visit two weeks from now, once the string have settled, for the final tuning, but just this first pass made a huge difference. Happy to be reviving an old piano.
