Time between when I locked in to have the work done was a few weeks. He called me the day of the work to let me know he'd be at my house. Work took a day. Even threw in some limbs that he removed to clean things up. Gave me detailed instructions on what to do for watering and fertilizing the lawn. About two months after the install he showed up to see how the project had gone and check in on how the lawn was doing. GREAT customer service! Plan to have some more work quoted this summer for additional landscaping work.
