I boarded two of my three dogs here for four days at the beginning of January. While I was concerned because I normally board my pups at the vet (they were booked), my concerns were quickly alleviated. From the very first phone call, the Ruff House was incredibly helpful and accommodating on such a short notice.
Upon dropping off my pups and examining the facility, my dogs were immediately and courteously greeted by the staff. Though it was the dead of winter in Wisconsin, I was relieved to find that my dogs had ample room indoors to play and socialize with other dogs. There was also a generous outdoor area for the pups to play if weather permitted. I was nervous at first because one of my dogs can be a bit shy and hesitant around other dogs, but my concerns were quickly forgotten when I learned that a staff member of The Ruff House supervises all play and interaction in the common areas where the dogs socialize and play.
My phone calls to the facility were promptly and courteously answered by the staff. I learned that my and quot;shyand quot; pup was doing wonderful with the other dogs and playing well with others. Included in my package was a bath and groom. When I picked up my dogs, they looked and smelled wonderful, and were incredibly happy.I
understand that some could be hesitant when reading this review. I was concerned as well, and truly wondered if my four-legged friends were doing as well as the staff claimed., but my pups were content and acting no worse for wear when I picked them up. My vet's office recommended this facility and I would use them again. Five Stars hands down.

The dog loves it. They let the dogs play. It is a great place to let the dog burn off some energy. They really get to know your dog.

Extremely poorly. We are glad that we have a very good dog with an excellent disposition, even though he was attacked by other dogs at this kennel. While they claim that they supervise the dogs, it is obvious they either have poorly trained staff and/or are putting too many dogs into one area.
